We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. The front desk helped us check in as soon as possible. Because we arrived early, the room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk contacted the floor to help us plan a room first, and gave us tickets to the nesting doll amusement park in advance so that we could go to the amusement park first. The room and the lobby are all nesting doll elements, and children should like it very much. The facilities are a bit old. We booked 2 rooms. One of the pillows was dirty, and the waiter immediately replaced it with a new one. The service attitude was very good and the efficiency was high. The breakfast was very rich and tasted very good.

The first time I came here, I came with the idea of exploring the hotel, and the result was wonderful! I won't talk about the theme features, full marks. It is very close to the port and Matryoshka Square. The hotel is located in the logistics park. They are all big Russian trucks. The boss is very nice. He personally shows guests the room and actively introduces how to visit the surrounding area. It feels like home. The room can overlook Russia and Matryoshka. First of all, the house is quite big, there are air conditioning, elevators, and things are relatively complete. What we gave us is also a house that can see the Matryoshka Square, which is well received.
The problem is that this hotel is next to the transportation logistics, surrounded by large trucks, mainly large dirt roads, so a large car, dusty. The second is the bathroom door. The switch of the elastic triangle of that door seems to be maliciously given to the scorpion, so the bathroom door can't be closed. The scorpion can find a chair outside, which is very hindering the use. Finally, I read the comment that there is tiramisu for breakfast, and the result is ordinary buns and rice porridge soy milk, which is a bit cold. To be honest, I came to live for tiramisu 😂 and the result is not 😂.

GGuest UserThe price is very affordable in the off-season. The Russian-style room is very beautiful. The two bedrooms are spacious for a family of four. It is very convenient to go shopping on Zhongsujin Street downstairs. The famous Lubrici Russian restaurant is less than 100 meters away. I wanted to book the Matryoshka Hotel with my baby, but the location was too remote, the hotel was messy, and the facilities were a bit old. Later, I went to see it specifically, and it turned out to be the right choice.

Although I didn't get a room with spotlights, the guy upgraded me to a suite. The cleaning staff was very responsible, giving me the feeling that customers are the first. She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!
