The hotel is in a particularly good location, right next to the pedestrian street. We arrived late that day, and the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome. They also upgraded us to a family suite and helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The room was very quiet, warm, and cozy, with good hygiene, comfortable bedding, and blackout curtains. It was 9:30 in the morning when I opened my eyes, and breakfast was open until 11 o'clock, with a wide variety of options. It's a very old-fashioned hotel, but not at all old-fashioned, full of technology. It was a great experience, highly recommended.

The guy is nice. I originally wanted to confess my love to my girlfriend. When I went there in the morning, the room was full, so I was temporarily moved. Although I didn't get a room with spotlights, the guy upgraded me to a suite. The cleaning staff was very responsible, giving me the feeling that customers are the first. Moreover, it was full during the off-season. If you make a reservation, remember to communicate in advance. I must give a big praise. The room is really nice. I must recommend it! ! By the way, the hotel has a warm storage, and friends who drive in winter can rest assured. Just go to the front desk to pay 50, and then the security guard will lead you to park the car.

She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!
