In the public hot spring area, the hot spring pool did not continuously release hot spring water, nor did it filter. The hot spring water was cold when I soaked in it. The temperature was not enough. There was a smell in the locker room. The clean towels were yellow and placed in a mess. If I didn't ask the waiter, I would have thought they were dirty towels. The bathroom in the hot spring area was too dirty and disgusting. When I first went to Yushui Ancient Hot Spring in 2019, I was very impressed in all aspects. Now it's really not good. I returned disappointed this time.

There were no detailed pictures of the room when booking. I saw a 100-square-meter two-bedroom villa and booked it directly. The price was 1800+. I thought it was a two-bedroom and one-living room, but it turned out to be two single rooms with nothing but a bed. There is a courtyard outside, and the wifi can't be connected. Under this structure, entertainment can only be done in the courtyard outside. In such a place with poor privacy, please make the room soundproof. The conversations next door are clear. The next door travelers have to go to bed at 10:30, so we can't party outside and can only go back to the indoor room. There are so many mosquitoes. You have to ask the front desk for mosquito coils to get them. The mosquito coils are huge and can only be used outdoors. I couldn't sleep at night because I was swatting mosquitoes. There are so many cabinets in the hot spring, but there is no clean towel. Only the dressing room has bath towels. It's speechless... I also bought a Sheraton dinner buffet for 238/person. There are very few varieties. I spent a long time looking for a seat. The only slightly expensive ones are steak and sashimi. But the salmon was gone at 8 o'clock...

The villa is clean and hygienic, the waiters and security guards are friendly, the roads in the scenic area are clean and tidy, and there are many green plants. The breakfast is rich. The facilities are very user-friendly. Check-in and check-out procedures are convenient.

The so-called single-family villa is actually a row of connected squares. It is very crowded and the sound insulation is very poor. You can still hear the noise of the children next door at 11 o'clock in the evening.
