This is a well located, reasonably priced property. A big shout out to the bartender and the breakfast staff. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Also, this is a large hotel and might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Interestingly, from the main lobby, it’s quite a walk to the nearest elevator. I do think they need to streamline the check in. They were training a new employee, which I have no issue with. There was one employee being trained and two others showing him what to do. When I arrived, there were more than twenty people in line. That was the only check in option. We all waited (patiently!) while each person was checked in at a snail’s pace. There was no “bear with us” or $5 off a drink for the extra wait. This falls far short of the Hilton brand as I know it.

I stayed as a part of a wedding party for two nights .The AC was broken in the lobby so all the common areas were hot. Some rooms had broken ACs and they offered people fans, which does not but blow the hot air around. There was a leak in the gym. Upon check out, I had a severe allergic reaction. I called them the same day and even took pictures. No one! And I mean no one! Got back to me. I had to call again 4 days later to follow up. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Plenty of other hotels in the area that are better and close to everything.

By looking at the reviews, i thought this hotel would have been a bit more up to date and nicer. But it was very very old, popcorn ceiling, 70's couches. We had a balcony but no chairs, so what's the point. If you book a room that includes free breakfast, you must tell the lady in the lobby restaurant because she just wants to take your money. She didn't even ask if people had breakfast included in their stay, she would just bring them a check if they didn't say anything. She was robbing people of their money. and when we did eat our free breakfast, she would just keep watching us eat and see what we get from the breakfast bar. Very yucky feeling. A/C was not powerful in the bedroom, My fridge smelled disgustingggg! Sink in room would not drain properly.
Things i liked were the big dresser in the bedrooms, Beds were nice, and bathroom was nice and clean.
Overall, we did not have a great experience. I was expecting a much better experience due to the reviews i saw.

I only stayed one night here, the staff was very nice. My room was huge. It had a nice living room area separate from the bedroom. They also had a nice kitchenette area as well. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and everything was stocked well. I didn’t do the breakfast buffet so I don’t know if that food was good or not. The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the restaurant Redz had very expensive drinks and they didn’t taste like any alcohol at all

Not bad
The hotel overall was nice, quiet and clean. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly. The room AC couldnt keep up and the hallways/lobby were extremely humid. We had AC set at 70 and could only get to 75 degrees, with curtains pulled shut/etc.
The pool was large but hot tub was out of service. The pool room was HOT, so be prepared to swim only, not a good place to sit and watch while the family swims, due ro extreme heat and no air flow. The ground were well kept, lots of space and grass and tables and chairs to hang out. Workout room was good as well, nothing crazy but had multiple treadmills and pieces of equipment. Very large bar and restaurant but we did not utilize. Overall it was good for the price.

I could not check in, ac was broken in the facility. I was given the option of a lesser room in a different hotel that would not accommodate my party. No phone call to let me knowand plan accordingly. I only found out when I arrived to check in. I had to drive over 2 hours in traffic and severe thunderstorms to go home with 3yo twins who were not happy!
