"Stayed at this hotel with a friend, and even though it's only been open for a month, the experience was really bad. Here are the specifics: 1. The shower water turned cold after 10 minutes. In my friend's room, the water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. 2. The ceiling access panel in the shower room wasn't sealed, so the pipes were exposed (see picture 2). 3. For a new hotel that just opened, the window screens were very dusty (see picture 1). 4. There was hair on the bed (see picture 3). 5. I booked a suite, but upon checking in, I found that the furnishings didn't match. There was a broken sofa and no coffee table or table and chairs (see picture 4). 6. The formaldehyde smell was very strong. 7. The pillowcases hadn't been changed, and the bedding had a strange odor. 8. The room was generally dusty. 9. Couldn't find any staff when checking out in the morning. 10. The fresh air system was completely ineffective!"

"The greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment. The bathroom is not separated into wet and dry areas. When checking in at the front desk, they asked for a deposit of 100 yuan because there were drinks and other things in the room. I gave her 100 yuan in cash, but she said there was no deposit receipt. Later, I transferred the money via WeChat! Anyway, the experience is not very good. The price is not worth it in this season. The cost performance is not high."

"This hotel is located in the central area of Maqu, with a great surrounding environment and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only five kilometers from the First Bridge over the Yellow River. The only slight drawback is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, proactively assisting us with our luggage. Also worth mentioning is that although the rooms aren't large, they are very clean and cozy, with nice beds and bedding. Plus, they have their own parking lot, which was very satisfying."

The space is large enough and the lighting is super good. The whole house is clean and odorless, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has plenty of hot water. The front desk and cleaning service are very good, gentle and caring. Three diamond price to enjoy the star experience, family travel closed eyes and can not step on thunder!"
