My stay at the Hotel Costa Galana was amazing. From the day we checked till the day we finally left we were well taken care of. From the hotel helping us make many restaurant reservations, to them being very accommodating during two different convention weeks and ensuring even though they were fully booked they found a way to keep us there. I can’t say enough great things about the staff special shout outs to Isabella, Alma, Delfina, Paloma, Chiara, Pricilla, Kira, and of course Gabriel. Without these people our stay wound have not been the same. A huge thank you to everyone else I didn’t mention by name. I couldn’t think of a better place to have spent my birthday! Love T.

We improvised a trip to Mar del Plata and found and excellent deal contacting them directly. The suite had an unbeatable see view, but what made us gave the hotel the 5 stars rating was the employees in all the areas that made our stay enjoyable. We tried the Spa and the massages were excellent, the food was really good too. I want to mention Denise who welcomed us and helped with reservations, including a stay in the chain new hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel needs to be refreshed but it is nothing compare to the level of service, the clean crisp sheets and the comfortable bed.

We were scheduled to drive down to Mar del Plata toay from Buenos Aires and stay at Hotel Costa Galana . Unfortunately my wallet was stolen late yesterday afternoon with my drivers license included.... so I was unable to pick up our rental car to make the trip. Román Brutti from the Reservations Office at Hotel Costa Galana was very understanding and worked with us on the late cancellation. I am so appreciative and look forward to coming back to this wonderful country again soon and will definitely book a stay at Hotel Costa Galana when we return!

Beautiful hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable, and nothing is too much trouble. I was here for five nights for a Congress and was treated like royalty. Breakfasts are generous with a wide variety of food to choose from. I had lunch and dinner here and there was a great choice - bife de chorizo was cooked perfectly!

This hotel although very well located and attended is detained in the 90’s. All of it was brand new and super quality 30 years ago. Carpets, curtains, furnishings,Lightning, all of it is old fashion and a bit wares out. Service is great, food is nice.

Es todo increíble desde sus instalaciones hasta el personal que se ocupa de hacernos sentir muy bien ! Desde el minuto uno que se ingresa al hotel hasta que nos retiramos todo funciona y si hay algún inconveniente lo resuelven al instante. Destacar que yo tenía que correr y me trajieron más tarde un desayuno brillante! Gracias

La verdad que excelente desde que uno llega hasta que se va, cordialidad de todo el personal, desde el día de la reserva , llegamos y una atención excepcional, cada paso que das te van atendiendo el hotel muy bien ubicado muy limpio, desayunos abundantes , tragos en el bar muy bien preparados, habitación muy confortable máxima tranquilidad para descansar, limpieza inmediata, restaurant gourmet bueno con vista al mar, la verdad volvería mil veces muchas gracias por su atención.
