About this property
This property borders the beautiful Gage Gardens. The master bedroom is downstairs with a private bathroom, whirlpool tub and a large walk in closet. This property has a beautiful living area open to a full kitchen, fully stocked, with granite countertops, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom, and a sitting area. Outside the back door you will find an outside sitting area with a propane grill. The front door opens up to a beautiful pool and hot tub, shared with the main house(The Grand Oasis). This property is within walking distance to the main strip where you will find plenty of small shops, the V-6 coffee shop, The Brick Vault(our town’s barbecue and brewery), art shops and The Historic Gage Hotel and Restaurant. Big Bend National Park is less than an hour away.
