Hard Rock Hotel Marbella – Puerto Banús Reviews

Had a really great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. The pool area was brilliant and a great place to relax, and the beds were really comfortable too. The hotel is also in a great location, with everything you need nearby. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. The staff on reception were always really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Ignore the people complaining about having to pay a deposit when you arrive, this is only if you want to charge items to your room. If you are happy to pay for drinks etc as you have them, you do not need to pay anything extra. Our room was spotlessly clean and the complimentary cans of water were a welcome touch. The rooms are well soundproofed and we could not hear any of the outside noise. The two pool areas are fantastic, we spent each day around the main pool area (as the music is louder there and it has a more lively vibe). The staff around the pool were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop pool is also lovely, it has a more chilled and laid back atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was excellent, there was so much choice and everything was fresh. We will definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait for our next visit

Had requested a refund due to family emergency as not able to go. Sent various email/calls but no reply or acknowledgement. Completely ignored me and gave no support

Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service. Photo is view. Road was a bit noisy from balcony but couldn’t hear it with patio doors closed.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was great and the staff in all the departments was very attentive

One of my favourite hotels in the area. Huge hotel with a great ****** and big pool area. Breakfast was lovely and had a fantastic massage there at the spa.

Great stay

Second time at this hotel A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella! Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had! Staff are super friendly and accommodating For an easy stay I would definitely return!

The rooms are smaller for the stars of the property The services were not upto the expectation Breakfast was good

Love this place, always a good vibe, live music, delicious cocktails & lovely rooms. Staff fantastic too!

We had a wonderful time and loved the experience and it was a great place to stay with a family. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were great, neat and clean. Pool was amazing.

I really regret booking this hotel. Cleanliness was poor, rooms were not properly maintained, and the amenities were extremely disappointing. The reception was the worst part — when I came to check in, they treated me as if they just wanted to get rid of me, with no hospitality at all. And when I was checking out, they didn’t even care to ask how my stay was, it was just ‘pay and go’. The service overall was careless and unhelpful. Honestly, the hotel is far below expectations, a complete waste of money, and definitely not worth the price. I would never recommend this place, especially for families.

Great location and all in all great time in the hotel

Always great service from the bar tenders and wait staff. Hotel always clean.
