"The hotel is next to the old town with shops and restaurangs round the corner. The personal is very nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and nice."
Hard Rock Hotel Marbella – Puerto Banús ★★★★
"Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service. Photo is view. Road was a bit noisy from balcony but couldn’t hear it with patio doors closed."

"Hotel very well located near the Joy lighthouse Well equipped studio"
Puerto Azul Marbella ★★★
"Nice hotel, centrally located. Rooms clean and interior renovated and kitchen utensils added nicely. The sand was changed on the beach and the sound of a reversing car beeping could be heard from it from 7 am to 4 pm for a few weeks (but even improvements have to be made sometimes). The staff is nice and friendly."

Hotel Central Boutique
"We are checking out l today, we were told there is no one at reception past 6pm and we are 2 girls travelling alone, we were not informed of this until Wednesday via message from the property, after we could cancel without a fee. Turns out there are no staff whatsoever in the building past 6pm, no porters, no security. Upon arriving they had a list of envelopes on the desk with all late check in full names on it. Went up to our room and the door was opened & left unlocked for anyone to access the room. Balcony does not lock and is on the first floor which could easily be climbed into. They took no passport or identification upon arrival, they took no details whatsoever I went down to a lady who was sitting at the reception to voice my concerns and was told “I’m not here, don’t talk to me I’m not here, talk to me tomorrow” when I said I had concerns for safety. When I tried to push my concerns she said “I’m not here, I want to go home” and refused to speak to us. She finally said 9am she will be at reception and I would find her there. This morning I have been downstairs to the reception multiple times and she is nowhere to be found. Hotel is in a little back street with no staff and the main door wide open to the public. This hotel is so unsafe, I have tried to contact reception but they don’t seem to work here. I have had no choice but to book another hotel with at least guaranteed overnight staff and a door that locks. This has ruined the start of our trip. I will not be returning here and I am shocked at how rude the staff were when I mentioned a safety concern. 2 small towels left in a room for 2 people No extra pillows and if you wanted one there’s no staff in the building anyways."
Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Only Recommended
"Great location and great service"
Ona Marbella Inn

Paloma Blanca Boutique Hotel

The Westin la Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, Benahavis, Marbella
"We have just returned from Westin La Quinta for a golf holiday and spa. I would agree with many others that there is nothing nearby, bar, shop, restaurant etc without paying for cabs. You are pretty much isolated. You are thus restricted eating at the hotel. Food was mostly nice and breakfast very good. But very little offered in the way of a snack like a sandwich or lighter bite. Prices are a bit high for drinks and dont dip into the mini bar or food in room! Kitkat €5 really! Room was very comfortable, big bed and yes a little dated but very clean. South facing room needed black curtains and not just shutters. Overlooked B and A first tees across the road which did give some noise from the flash motors from locals. Spa was really very good and excellent massages. Highly recommend one or two. Now the golf. We played four rounds here, C&B, every flaming round. Yes A was shut for maintenance Monday to Sunday, so really disappointing not to play the A course the whole week. Maybe shutting Weds to Tues would allow those coming for a week a chance to play all the course. Drinks on course! It was 37° for our 1st round and the 19th hole hut wasnt even opened and if you wanted extra water you paid for it. Never had to in Turkey or other courses in spain. C&B courses were in excellent condition and loved playing them. Staff are friendly and helpful in the main, just a frosty response from the female staff in the pro shop when I asked about playing the A course. Practice facilities need improving. Range but no driving. Putting good but no chipping area. Would we play La Quinta again, yes, would we stay at Westin, not likely as worked out too pricey. Hotel staff great."
Marbella Club Hotel
"The hotel itself is beautiful, amazing gardens, nice interiors. Good breakfast, tasty restaurants. Most of the staff is really nice and helpful, but some of them don't care at all. The concierge service is lousy, we had to remind the same question for 3 times, but still getting just a half of an answer, except for Cala: he was always fast, attentive and doing more than expected. The staff at the adult pool was also always walking the extra mile, making it the perfect place to spend time and relax. Even though it says Golf resort, the location is not the best for golfing, for its course is located 40 minutes away from the hotel by their free shuttle, which goes every 1,5-2 hours. The last shuttle goes to the hotel at 15:15, when the course closes at 18:00. It takes around 25 mins if you come with a car or take a cab. The driving range lacks any covering, it is completely exposed to the sun, with the exception of a small shed reserved for the pros. It was also hard to book a tee time, perhaps due to a tournament we weren't informed about, so you should book well in advance. Though the manager at the golf club was very nice and helpful. But the main issue of the hotel is the noise level in the rooms. There's no sound insulation at all. In the first room we thought the problem was only in our upstairs neighbours, but after the manager moved us to another room on the 1st floor (so there's no one upstairs), we still could hear everything other guests were doing: taking a shower, speaking on the phone, packing their bags, talking to the hotel staff at the door, moving the chairs (which was making really loud noise and could be easily fixed with some furniture stickers), so until they went to sleep around 1am we couldn't sleep either. To call to reception and complain didn't make sense, because these people didn't do anything extra loud, just usual things. Then at 7am the leaf blower woke us up, though it was fixed after the second time we complained about it. On our last night we got lucky and had neighbours without kids who went to bed early, so we only heard their alarm at 7am (which still wasn't the time we would prefer to wake up). Another problem at night was the bed: it's so soft you sank down by like 30cm and wherever your partner moved even a bit you could feel it on your side, which woke us up many times. The staff was trying to fix it with another mattress and extra layer, it got a bit better, but my husband's back was still hurting in the morning, even though he travels frequently and usually doesn't have this problem. For these reasons we just couldn't rest properly at night and had to cut our trip short and leave for home early to get some decent sleep before our vacation was over."
Gran Hotel Guadalpín Banus
"The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early morning and there was a room ready for checking in earlier, so I was very happy. There is a delicious breakfast and a good restaurant there."
La Fonda Heritage Hotel Luxury, Relais & Châteaux
"Relais & Châteaux is a must-choose! Located in the heart of Marbella's old town, the hotel rooftop offers unbeatable views and a chill atmosphere. Both the lobby and guest rooms are beautifully designed and exquisite; after all, French hotel groups pay great attention to detail! If you're a foodie, you absolutely must eat at the hotel restaurant—Relais & Châteaux's selection of hotel cuisine is a definite strength!"
El Fuerte Marbella
"Amazing hotel, clean, remodeled, perfect location, nice staff. Perfect!"
Aparthotel Monarque Sultán
"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool area was amazing and perfect for relaxing. The apartments were huge, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the large wardrobes provided plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also a great size, modern, and well-maintained. What really made our stay special was the hotel staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
Barceló Marbella
"Good location near the golf courses. Pool was closed during our stay in March. About a 15 minute walk to go into town. Nice balcony and bathtub. Breakfast wasn’t great but still plenty of options in the buffet."
The Marbella Heights Boutique Hotel
"Great, spacious room with an amazing view! The service was 10/10, especially loved the breakfasts. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Big pool, large territory. Great for family breaks. Was one of the best boutique hotels I ever stayed in, definitely coming back!!"
Nobu Hotel Marbella
"Bad value for money, big room, rough decoration"
Eurostars Ocean Marbella
"How can I put it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is nice, the bedding and bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, and there is a swimming pool outside. However, used cups are rarely washed, and water is not available every day. If you ask the front desk for it, some will give you two bottles, and some will give you several bottles. The location is a bit out of the way. A taxi to the city costs 7 or 8 euros. There is also a station where you can go to the city and the pier for a little over 2 euros per person. There is a supermarket and high-end restaurants five minutes away. There are many Russians living there, and several people at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was average and there were not many people there, but the waiter felt completely overwhelmed and had a very good attitude."
Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach
"It was a great stay"
Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club
"An absolute stunning hotel which u expact from 5 star hotel what made our holiday beautiful was the staff super friendly always smiling and so helpful. Will definately come back."
