I have stayed at this hotel in the past with good results. I checked in Friday 1/10/25 and was given a room on the third floor. It was very cold outside and the room was cold as well. I turned on the heater, left and returned around six pm. The room was barely warm. We were watching the UT game and the room continued to get colder while the heater was operating full speed. Called the desk and reported the problem. A person responded, agreed the heater was not working and offered a small portable heater. I told him it would not adequately heat the room and bath. I called the front desk and was given another room. The tv in the new room did not have a directory and I ended up missing the last quarter of the of the game. Note the original room had two problems as well. The wall usb unit was not screwed to wall and pulled out creating a safety hazard, and the sink stopper was missing. I requested a discount for the inconvenience but none was forthcoming. Would not recommend.

The rugs in the hallways are very dirty and spotted. The room was okay and the beds were fine for one night. No noise from road or rooms that was a plus. Breakfast was ok. The waffles were good but the sausage greasy. The bathroom was clean but the sink drained VERY slowly. I guess the housekeeping doesn't report those things or the management doesn't care to fix.

We reserved room blocks for a wedding and canceled unused rooms several weeks before the wedding. Then we were charged for about 10 of the unused rooms and it has taken us several weeks to get resolution (after being ignored for 2 weeks). We were originally told they "felt it was only fair that they charge us because we didn't use all the rooms - even though we cancelled them several weeks prior". We had to make multiple calls to corporate to even get somebody to listen to us - but corporate kept us waiting for the property to respond. The property manager said they never got our many emails (at the email address their team gave us and confirmed they had received). We never got all of our money back because they couldn't "find" the extra charges even though they clearly show on the credit card statements. We finally had to get the credit card company involved. We personally didn't stay there, but guest feedback indicated that one room had a leak, another didn't even have a shower curtain. Not a good experience and would not recommend for group blocks for sure.

Hubby and I stayed overnight@ Comfort Inn in Burnet. Irma at check-in was friendly and professional. The location is close to all the necessities. The hotel is well kept, room was nice, very clean and no weird smell. It could use a bit of maintenance in the bathroom - but nothing major. Beds are comfy not too soft -and the pillows are fluffy. The A/C didn't want to get as cool as we wanted it but it was ok. They have a pool table which we enjoyed but the ceiling could be vacuumed near vents - a bit dirty. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. They have a waffle making area, sausage, eggs, coffee, muffins, juices all in a nice clean dining area with TVs. They also have an outdoor pool and workout room. My only real complaint was that we arrived early but couldn't check in early. The place was was nearly empty so I didn't understand why? Guess rules are rules as with every hotel. But it's frustrating that hotels won't give you a full 24 hours stay for your $. 🫤 Regardless, I would stay here again - it was a pleasant overnight trip.

Motel is quiet, does not catch the road noise. Room and bathrooms clean. Heat/air, although the fan does run constantly, is relatively quiet and does not affect sleep. Front desk and breakfast attendant were friendly and accommodating. Unlike most BW, this motel has a Keurig in the room so you can bring your favorite coffee. Best motel breakfast! It is served, so there is no mess with inherent sanitation issues. Real eggs, flavorful sausage, and real potatoes! Actual red and green salsa in squeeze bottles. Several steps above most motel complimentary breakfasts. If in Burnet again, we would definitely stay here!

I took my family in to stay at this motel. I dont know. My son's bird flew thru the a hole in the elevator ceiling. I highly recommend this place, not. What a wonderful place to stay, not. I have many friends that stay at this place, not.

I was given keys to a dirty room, then when I got a clean one, the TV didn't work. The "breakfast" was a joke. People weren't very friendly. Just an overall negative experience.

Arrived at 3pm, room not ready. 320pm sent to room, still not ready. Get in room at 330pm. The room had been "renovated" and I must have been the first guest to stay in it after that work. The quality of the work was like that of a teenager, such poor quality. The outlets were still covered with painters tape, the AC didn't work (I didn't discover until ready to lay down in bed), no shelf in the shower, paint spots everywhere, no TV remote. Just a mess. Then the breakfast the next morning was nothing short of disgusting. All that for $205 a night! They should be ashamed.
