JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund

Friendly and incredibly kind staff. Food choices were excellent. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The pools were beautiful. I would suggest more serving staff around the pool. It took quite a while to order something.

Overpriced average hotel. The only thing the JW Marriott has going for them is the beautiful beach. Everything is so overpriced, definitely not a luxury experience. Everything is reserve the pool or beach chairs for additional money. WiFi stopped working and the rooms need to be updated. Save your money and go to the Florida Keys! Staff also expected additional tipping on top of the already built in gratuity. Even the s’mores cost additional money lol! Not sure what you even get with the resort fee minus a towel. The reviews are also consistent with mine so unfortunately I learned the hard way.

Perfect for Mom and Daughter Day💖 Enjoyed a Mom and Daughter one night stay at the JW Marriot Marco Island and honestly I have to say, it was better than perfect, we had an amazing time! Service was great! Staff were very inviting and friendly. From the tour guide wave runner ride (a must do!!) to eating pool side. It was a blast! The beds were comfy and the food was pretty good. We will definitely be back again!

The spa was great and hotel was fun. The only complaint was the beds, which were very hard. Both my wife and I had sore hips and shoulders every morning when we woke up on a 4 night stay. We never slept well.

Restaurants were not up to good standards. We dined at two restaurants on the property and got sick with food poisoning twice .
