Kasr-i Divan Hotel

I stayed for two days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room's air conditioning wasn't working. When I reported the issue, instead of being solution-oriented, I was met with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. The approach was completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the air conditioner or changing rooms, they mockingly offered me a small heater. The room hadn't been cleaned. The toilets were dirty, and the hygiene level was severely inadequate. There were cracks in the walls; it was clearly evident that no maintenance had been done. The overall appearance was neglected, unkempt, and indifferent. The breakfast was an absolute fiasco. There was almost no variety, the products were of poor quality, and far from filling. There was no balance between the price paid and the service provided. This establishment neither cares about customer satisfaction nor meets basic accommodation standards. I absolutely do not recommend it. Anyone expecting comfort and respect should stay away.

I really liked the hotel's common areas: beautiful terraces with stunning views. Tea and coffee are also readily available. A traditional Turkish breakfast is served every morning, though I wish there were more hot food, as it's not enough for two. Housekeeping: there's none at all, which surprised me greatly. Unless you ask for the trash to be emptied, they're reluctant to do so. There wasn't even a single wet cleaning in three days. The toilet wasn't working; they tried to fix it, but it started leaking, and the noise was disturbing my sleep. It was fixed two days later. The staff kept entering the room with their shoes on, which is very unhygienic. The room itself wasn't damp, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's huge advantages include the incredible views and its convenient location on the main street.

По прилёту, мы думали, что придётся подниматься с чемоданами в гору к отелю. А по факту вышли из аэропорта Мардина и сразу нас ждал автобус Havaş и водитель любезно сказал, что нас довезут прям до отеля. Вышли прям возле двери отеля, чем были очень рады. Пока ждали заселения, нам предложили чай. Вообще персонал вежливый и приветливый, хоть плохо говорит по английски, но нам это не мешала, есть переводчик и сестра владеет турецким языком. Вообще в Мардине плохо с английским языком, в плане разговорной речи. Номер у нас был трёхместный, как в старом замке. Мы уже жили в похожем в Кападокии. Завтрак прям турецкий, нам очень понравился и турецкий кофе превосходный. А вид с террасы вообще бомба, на Месопотамию. В общем, в следующий раз только туда!

Прекрасный отель. Просыпаться в особняке, которому не одна сотня лет - волшебно. Очень интересный интерьер. Отличная терраса с потрясающим видом. Завтраки - -отдельное удовольствие. Впервые вижу, что накрывают именно турецкий завтрак, а не шведский стол. Было вкусно) Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь.

Kasri Divan Hotel is the most beautiful mansion hotel you can go to in Mardin. We had a very enjoyable time for two days. The entire staff at the hotel was incredibly supportive and hospitable in every aspect. Endless thanks to the entire Kasri Divan team for making us feel special. It's a hotel we would go to with our eyes closed. The breakfasts are amazing, and they constantly offer complimentary tea and coffee. We were more than satisfied. If I come to Mardin again, I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much for everything...

Kendinizi tarihi bir rüyada gibi hissetmek istiyorsanız daha iyisi olamaz. Temizlik, bakım, hizmet , güleryüz; herhangi bir talebinizde canla başla yardımcı olmaları cabası. 5 yıldızlı otelde bulamayacağınız temizlik mevcut, her yer pırıl pırıl. Kahvaltı çok özenli, çok leziz. Yöresel tatlarla taçlandırmışlar. İnanılmaz bir Mardin deneyimi yaşattılar. Sıraç Bey, Hamit Bey, Yusuf Bey, Elif Hanım her şey için sonsuz teşekkürler.

Bu guzel ve muhtesem otele Mart 2024 sonunda konuk olduk, otel son derece mistik, temiz ve tam bir Mardin Konagi, ozellikle Hamit Bey sayesinde cok daha keyifli ve guvenli, diger personelde son derece guler yüzlü ve pozitif, Hamit beyin oteldeki konumu ise gercekten ayri isini cok ciddiye almasi ve benimsemesi mükemmel, yine Mardine gidersem yine bu otelde kalirim, otel musait ise odanizi update etmeleri, ucretsiz kahve cay soft icecek ikramlari icin ayrica tekrar tesekkurler Süleyman
