Rang whilst travelling to see if our room was available early, spoke to James who was more than accommodating and said leave it with him and all will be ready for our arrival and it was! Lovely little gift in the room which was lovely! Room was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked breakfast made to your request. Lots of pastries also cooked fresh."

"I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception."

"Reception staff helpful, moved us into room with bath as requested. Room was large, with coffee machine, but bit dusty, would have preferred a regular TV not Internet one, and woken by noise outside the room in the morning. Bed was hard, and two singles joined together is not that comfy. Neither of us slept well unfortunately. Free parking was good. Would have liked to try the pool and hot tub and gym but only stayed one night and ran out of time. Handy for travel to Gatwick Airport. Value for money."

"Very disgusted and disappointed we checked in the room was already clean and ready right? NO! The whole bed blanket both sides the pillows were all full of hair there was hair everywhere no fan or cooling had to call to get a fan the cleaners came an hr late to clean and change bed and blanket sheets that were full of hair and thats not it the flush on the toilet stopped working after the first time completely stopped flushing called the reception twice no one picked up had to go down to the reception to complain then they finally changed our room because they couldn’t fix the toilet flush the same day reception service was not up to the standards that they claim to have so overall a very unpleasant experience would not recommend anyone to go unless they have no option!!"

"I stayed here twice. Once upon arrival at Gatwick Airport. Later before departed home from Gatwick Airport. Shuttle service at 5GBP per person very convenient. Check in very quick and friendly staff. Solicit for breakfast to book during checkin better price, I accepted. Good Value & Good Taste & Plenty of choices breakfast. Room were clean, comfortable, well equipped, fully functional especially the heater as the weather temperature dropped to 4degC in the early morning. WIFI is free. Airport shuttle schedule displayed. Flight schedule displayed. Both at the lobby. Great. I definitely be back."
