"The hotel is very well located, right outside the train station and the beach. As soon as you step out onto the street, there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities are old, but the lobby was quite nice. The entertainment staff was very fun, we really enjoyed the activities. The dining room staff was excellent, especially the guy at the grill. The cleaning staff wasn't as good... the rooms weren't cleaned when they were supposed to, and on our departure day, when we were supposed to have until noon, at 11:30 AM while we were packing everything, someone just walked into our room without knocking, even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign hanging outside..."

"The hotel claims to be 4 stars, but I don't see it that way. It only has one standard-sized pool. Access to the spa is extra, and you have to pay extra for just two hours. I chose the hotel because of reviews saying the food was good, but in my opinion, it lacked flavor. Everything was very ordinary, and the TV in the room was small and outdated. However, the staff was very friendly, and there was a great concert by a singer on Saturday! In my opinion, I wouldn't stay there again; the price is simply not worth what the hotel offers."

"Booked this hotel very last minute and had a 4 night stay. Before we arrived we were told by the taxi driver that this was a lovely hotel and he wasn’t wrong. This hotel is at the south end of the resort away from the livelier centre but still only a 5 min walk to some lovely bars and restaurants. Beach is a 5 min walk away. You do need to use the subway just along the road as the train line runs directly alongside the beach. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was excellent apart from the orange & apple juice, but that was a very minor negative. The hotel is family owned and it certainly has that feel, every single member of staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only slight negative we had was the same issue in lots of hotels. Not enough sunbeds and quite crowded. Also no tea coffee making facilities in the room. Only a nespresso machine that you had to buy pods for. We asked for a kettle but never got one. If we had stayed longer I would have chased this up. All in all we did have a really lovely stay here. Rooms very modern and clean and we would definitely return."

"2 Stars – Not a 4-star experience, disappointing management and service We are staying at Hotel Alhambra as a group of 14 people with half-board. Despite requesting rooms relatively close to each other well in advance, we were scattered all over the entire hotel. The overall experience feels more like a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star property: Dining & Long Queues: If you don't arrive right when the restaurant opens, massive queues form outside simply because staff have to manually scan every single guest's key card at the entrance. No Water at Dinner: Dinner does not include free water, and bringing your own bottled water from the supermarket is strictly forbidden. You are forced to buy it directly from the hotel at twice the normal price. Strict & Unfriendly Coffee Rules: You are not allowed to drink the breakfast coffee on the hotel terrace—it must be consumed inside the restaurant. When we went to buy coffee from the bar specifically to enjoy it outside, the waitress was extremely rude and made us feel like a burden. Even after thanking her, she completely ignored us without a word. Overall, the rigid rules and lack of customer-oriented service ruined what should have been an enjoyable group stay. Would not recommend until management improves customer care and logistics."

"This is one of the worst hotels and owners around. The front desk staff will be your meal server, manager, and handyman. They have zero staff and will take your money up front and provide zero service. This is by no mean a sport hotel or a hotel for families. Rooms are horrible and water drainage is a massive issue. Owner will come in and hide and pretend he's a server. This hotel is a scam and should be shut down. DO NOT BOOK unless you want to be ripped off. The place looks nothing like the pictures."
