Good overall experience, the staff were friendly and the rooms were nice - the hotel is located right next to the beach and has a large car park which is convenient.

The hotel is located in a perfect location in Swansea. The service was great. Really enjoyed my visit there.

The staff is nice and helpful. Location is ok, about 10 mins from the bus station and the shopping mall.

the hotel is under renovation with work at the exterior. It blocked the view of the room which was never mentioned. We experienced a hot water tap problem and no technicians are available at the evening time when we need to take a bath.
Overall experience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Service is good. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good choices. Clean hotel. Easy walk to tesco/town.
However, if you’re scared of ghost / supernatural stuffs, just don’t stay on level 3.

I received a warm welcome from Stas, who checked me in and provided me with information about breakfast, parking, etc. The kind of prompt and efficient service that you want after a long journey. Thank you!
The room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable with the most comfortable bed of any hotel that I have stayed in by a long way!
