Avoid this hotel!!! The rooms are old and dirty. The carpet on the floor is disgustingly dirty, mold on the walls. Lack of wifi connection. Food absolutely basic, the choice for dinner of two dishes at this hotel is pasta with tomato sauce and cream sauce. None of the staff here speak a word of English. They are unhelpful and if you need anything, they let you know that you are bothering them.The worst is the owner/receptionist who, if you don't speak German, makes a fool of you, is arrogant and was even aggressive with me. Staying at this hotel was a nightmare.

Bij aankomst aan het onthaal was de eigenaar helemaal niet vriendelijk. We kregen geen informatie en moesten alles maar zelf zien te weten te komen. (eten, skipas, zwembad, ...) We hadden geen handdoek en vroegen ernaar na 2 dagen hebben we deze dan met heel veel tegenzin ontvangen. Hoe en waar we onze skipas konden afhalen was blijkbaar teveel gevraagd. We namen half pension, de eerste dag kon het ontbijt er wel mee door, maar na enkele dagen hadden we het wel gehad, het eten s avonds was te eten maar weinig of geen variatie. 4 dagen dezelfde saladebar, 4 keer een gelijkaardig dessert. Was wat povertjes voor deze prijs. Een positief puntje we hadden een hele goede douche. Geen 3 sterren waard!

Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben voor ons verblijf is dit hotel ondermaats. De eigenaar is erg onvriendelijk en onbeleefd, alles is hem teveel. De kamers hebben een update nodig. We sliepen naast een 'privé' kamer (wellicht de kamer van personeel of eignaar) waar binnen gerookt werd, waardoor de stank van sigaretten door de muur heen in onze kamer kwam (bij het wakker worden, overdag, slapengaan), zeer onaangenaam voor ons én vooral voor onze kinderen. Het ontbijtbuffet stelt erg weinig voor: fruit hebben we zelf moeten gaan aankopen, verder erg basic. 1x scrumbled eggs gevraagd, die we nadien nog moesten bijbetalen! Het avondbuffet is niet aangepast voor kinderen. Verder is het buffet zeer beperkt met weinig keuze en weinig variatie. Ook de desserts waren erg teleurstellend, elke avond hetzelde drooggebak met een andere topping op. Op het einde van de week ook een discussie gehad over het aanrekenen van kraantjeswater, jammer! 's Avonds word je aan tafel liefst van al om 21u al 'weggejaagd' uit de eetzaal. We hebben het hotel geboekt oa. omdat er voor de kinderen een zwembad aanwezig was, die stuk bleek te zijn. Jammer!

Das ganze Hotel ist ein Witz. Schmutziger Teppichboden, Brause als Dusche in der Badewanne Essen kleinlich . Pool im Nebenhaus klein mit 2 Liegen. Werden es nicht weiterempfehlen. Haben so schlecht bisher nur im Auslsnd gewohnt.

Het meest bizarre hotel sinds jaren, het bestaat. Alles is gedateerd, kamers, vieze matrassen, eetzaal en zelfs het voer, dat ze als diner verkopen, is gebaseerd op de oostblok gaarkeuken maar dan zonder franje. Eigenaar houdt ervan om in zijn eigen eetzaal na het ontbijt als de gasten weg zijn, en als die niet zelf gaan doen ze gewoon het licht uit, lekker te gaan zitten paffen zodat het hele hotel lekker gerookt ruikt. Iets vragen is eigenlijk verboden, tenzij je het plezierig vindt om afgesnauwd te worden. De bozige vrouw, die voor bediening speelt en ervan houdt om steeds alles van de tafel te grissen, is ook niet benaderbaar. Mensen zijn totaal ongeschikt om deze kringloopwinkel als hotel te runnen. O ja voor de kamerschoonmaak betaal je ook nog eens extra. Die schoonmaak bestaat uit schone handdoeken en wat toiletpapier. het kan immers ook te gek. Bizar -5 sterren !!
