Pro: bed has vibration massage mattress, bathroom has bathtub and music player. staff were friendly , place was clean Con: the lady boss, a little rude and grumpy most of the time except when we told her we will hv dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant and when we were checking out. no air conditioning (they claim it’s built into the ceiling though we found no vents)

We had a 12 day bike tour on the Danube trail and our tour company chose this hotel for us. It was the best on our tour. Modern and top quality room. We were also happy with our dinner here. Our server, Lara (?) was exceptional and always had a big smile. The owners greeted us and had a nice conversion. Very friendly. Without a doubt, we would stay here again.

Een lunch gebruikt. Tafels keurig gedekt, voldoende koffiekannen op tafel. Om thee moet je meerdere malen vragen. Na 4 x vragen één kop thee gehad. De koffie smaakte smerig en de geur uit de koffiekannen was ronduit vies. Serveerster aangesproken en verzocht om andere koffie. Dame schoot direct in de verdediging. De koffie was vers gezet en daar mankeerde niets aan. Na enig aandringen rook ze aan de koffiekan, trok haar neus op, haalde een andere kan en zonder enig verontschuldiging werd de kan neergezet.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester , beide schon ältere Frauen, leider nur vier Tage (3 Nächte) im Donauhof. Da ich im elektr. Rollstuhl sitze ist es für den Aufenthalt nicht immer leicht. Doch hier passte alles. Ein tolles Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Essen und was für viele gilt: ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücks-Buffet. Alles in Allem: ein tolles Haus mit einem tollen Team !!

ein sehr schönes haus in einer wunderschönen umgebung. ich hatte ein zimmer im zweiten stock mit blick auf den parkplatz. die ausstattung des zimmers war recht neu und es ist slles vorhanden. das frühstück ist top und das personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerne wieder

Nur Restaurant bewertet! Essen um die Mittagszeit, nur wenige Tische besetzt, trotzdem brauchte die Suppe entsetzlich lange. Die Qualität der Speisen ist zu vergessen, alles Halbfertigprodukte aus dem Großhandel, wie wir am harten Tafelspitz und am ebensolchen Naturschnitzel feststellen mussten. Das Ganze bei gehobenem Preisniveau! Den Nachtisch haben wir lieber nicht ausprobiert!

Die Zimmer sind großzügig ausgestattet, Betten und Bettwäsche sehr gut. Badezimmer ebenso. Der Empfang war professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant sehr gut, Weinauswahl nicht groß, aber gute Qualität. Die Lage an der Donau wunderschön. Radabstellplatz urig, in einem alten Nebengebäude.

Es waren 5 sehr erholsame Tage im Hotel Donauhof. Ich hatte ein sehr sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer, welches wirklich geräumig war, mit Blick auf die Donau und Blick auf das Stift Melk. Das Bad war sehr großzügig und das Zimmer war kuschelig warm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber!! Frau Pichler und das gesamte Personal waren sehr freundlich und wenn ich extra Wünsche hatte, wurden sie erfüllt. Auch das Essen war vorzüglich, alles in Allem war ich sehr zufrieden und hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt, obwohl es 4 Tage geregnet hat. Ich bin entspannt wieder zurück nach Wien gefahren.
