"Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again."

"The service at this hotel is seriously problematic. They overcharged us after we paid by credit card. We booked a room with two breakfasts included, but when we went to the buffet in the morning, they wouldn't let us eat there. They blocked us off with ropes and made us go to another buffet to order, but then charged us on our credit card. The restaurant was practically empty that morning; were they just overcharging because business was slow? It's baffling that such a renowned Sheraton hotel behaves this way."
