At night, with just one thin blanket, it gets quite cold.

Because I made a last-minute decision to go to Yosemite National Park, and with less than a month left, all the nearby hotels were full. So, even though I wasn't camping, I ended up staying in a tent-style room without a bathroom. You had to go outside to use the toilet and shower, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since it rained. The public toilet and shower were okay, though. The room had towels and laundry detergent. About 200 meters away was a neighboring hotel; perhaps because of a shared connection, I could use their lobby for hot water, which I used to make instant noodles there. The neighboring hotel also had a breakfast and dinner restaurant.

The concept behind the building is very nice, and the room was quite cozy and pleasant. The setting is perfect for those seeking an experience immersed in nature, and the distance between the room and the bathroom wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the shared bathroom was a huge disappointment and didn't even meet basic standards, not even for a hostel. There was only one shower, closed only by a curtain, which was decidedly dirty and lacked any shelves or hooks to put shower gel, shampoo, or a bathrobe. Furthermore, there was no dry place to undress and dress comfortably after a shower.

One of the most expensive hotels on this trip to the United States, 1,700 RMB, was indeed good value for money, practically two rooms, a bedroom will be a living room. The hotel environment is very good, the previous comment that there are bears in the area at night, the front desk also informed that there will be a big bear at 11 pm, we waited outside specifically at 11:00 for more than half an hour, regretfully did not see the big bear, the evening starlight is very beautiful.

Convenience of check-in: It took me a while to find the office. Safety: Okay. Facilities: Standard double room configuration. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: 30-minute drive from Yosemite Valley. Service: Good.
