"After checking in in the evening, I used the pool, but the lighting in the outdoor pool was too dim, which was uncomfortable. The room didn't have a coffee pot, which was also inconvenient. I tried to contact the front desk, but they didn't answer. There was no parking, so I parked far away and entered the hotel with my heavy luggage. No hotel staff helped me carry my luggage or provided a cart. It was a nice hotel, but the service wasn't worth the price. The front desk wasn't always staffed, and the hotel instructions at check-in were inadequate. The soundproofing wasn't great either. The complimentary marshmallows in the evening were nice, but the movie screening at the indoor pool was also enjoyable."

"I booked this hotel as a base to explore Yosemite National Park with my husband. The location was excellent as the first afternoon we went to the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir. Access to the park was excellent for exploring the next two days. The room was modern, updated and had a mini kitchen area with a fridge and microwave which was helpful for keeping breakfast items and snacks. The outside area with pool and sitting areas was very nice too. The person at the fron desk was always friendly and helpful; the water station was a nice plus too. I would recommend this property to any traveler wanting to explore this beautiful area of the country!"

"Tents in the woods 🏕️ A truly immersive stay experience close to nature. The entire village feels like a community. When you check in, be sure to place all food and aromatic items, along with their packaging, in the designated bear locker at the entrance. Nocturnal forest animals like bears, squirrels, birds, and mice are drawn to the scent, and even empty coffee cups might break into your tent. At night, you can actually hear bears scratching and squirrels leaping overhead. There's a restaurant nearby, a large cafeteria, and a Peet's that opens at 6 a.m. Have a drink before sunrise!"

"This so-called century-old hotel does have a great environment and location, but the service is absolutely terrible. I changed rooms several times, and they were either small and cramped, or the heating and air conditioning were broken. Finally, I was moved to a room in the main building with clogged drains, unbearably noisy air conditioning, and extremely poor cleanliness. My luggage took four or five hours to arrive, and I had to carry it myself in the damp and cold. The front desk staff were insincere in their responses, and the porters were overly dramatic. The service doesn't match the price! They even pretended they were so popular they couldn't book. Don't book this hotel! The nearby Yosemite Valley Lodge and the Yosemite View Lodge (not inside the valley) are much better."

"One of the most expensive hotels on this trip to the United States, 1,700 RMB, was indeed good value for money, practically two rooms, a bedroom will be a living room. The hotel environment is very good, the previous comment that there are bears in the area at night, the front desk also informed that there will be a big bear at 11 pm, we waited outside specifically at 11:00 for more than half an hour, regretfully did not see the big bear, the evening starlight is very beautiful."
