Located at Markham, go everywhere at Markham is very convenient. Walking distance to First Markham Place where has lot of restaurants and shops. Staffs are helpful and nice. Swimming pool opens until 10pm.

Decent hotel with big rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. The guests were loud and some kids were laughing and yelling in the hallway between 7-10pm, rest, the hotel is good and room is nice and clean.

I would like to tell that the breakfast has dramatically improved! A new food cabinet has been set up to keep food clean. And oatmeal is provided for customers to enjoy, which is especially preferred in the morning.

Very poor check-in service where questioning their customers and without considering their customers and to the extent they do not like international customers. Poor varieties for breakfast without no bread (only bagels) and without any hot food. No lift!! No any consideration for possible late check out time, even staying for 3 days. I wont be choosing such premises for any of my next stays

房間不錯，有早餐，位置交通方便。樓下有湖南米粉和越南菜，還有日本壽司店。去市區就比較遠，要一個多小時的車。但是如果要參加華人旅行社當地的一日遊的話，這是個很近的上車地點。

The service was excellent. All the staffs were polite, helpful and respectful, always offering smile.
The room was decorated in a very cozy and comfortable style.
