Exelsior Junior

Absolutely love exelsior, we have been to Turkey 7 times and stayed at the exelsior 6 times. The one time we didn't we regretting it every minute. Everyone is so friendly and is willing to help any way they can. Our son has autism and we have no concerns with him playing on his own or going to the kids club. We are going back in October this year and again in April next year. I can't compliment the staff enough, they are like family ❤️

So, we have been visiting this hotel since 2014 and this year - all change. Now. The entertainment team had been changed this year for Justin Forever Entertainment. To begin it was pretty flat and for the first time ever we felt as though we were an inconvenience to the entertainment team, but, let’s be fair and honest, no one likes change, weather we like to admit it or not. I honestly thought this would be the last visit. Now, to our surprise after a chat with the exelsior rep, the head of entertainment (Justin) actually took time out of his day to come and see us. I didn’t expect it, after all we would be gone in about 10 days. He was honest and explained some challenges, and let’s be fair, these guys need to get used to their new ground! And it was fixed within 24 hours. Dobbie and Joker were outstanding and turned what was a bit of a flat vacation into another with great memories, they nailed it and we thank you! The restaurant staff as always were amazing, thanks to Guvan, Will, Michael, Thomas and Mehmet for great service. The quality of food has slipped but it’s OK. The rooms, reception, maintenance staff and housekeeping team are So helpful. So thanks again to you all and I hope we get to meet again I. 2026

This is a fantastic family hotel I stayed at with my family. It was nice and quiet around the pool through the day and it was easy to get a sun bed at even 11am. The food quality was great and cheap, could definitely get your moneys worth during both breakfast and dinner time. All day it was two for one on any soft drinks so that was perfect. The cocktails are a little steep at around £8 per cocktail but at 9-10pm they do buy one get one free so it’s not the worst. Loading money onto the wristband was ideal in order to pay for things as you didn’t need to worry about loosing cash. There was also pool service through the day where staff would bring you whatever you wished to order. The staff were amazing the entire time we were over there. Every morning they would get up and dance in front of the pool in both rain or shine haha. They provided entertainment such as a football scratch off card and darts through the day with other activities. Special shout out to “handsome” Jo as he definitely made our holiday. He was a right laugh and we definitely won’t be forgetting him any time soon. The only issue I had with the hotel was that it could be a bit noisy during the night as all the corridors were connected to the main reception so all the noise just traveled but it was never enough to keep us up too late. It may be worth bringing ear plugs but it wasn’t a huge issue. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely will be coming back in future! 😁

This budget friendly hotel offers a great base for marmaris. It is situated about 15 min walk from the harbour in one direction and blue port in the other. There are also several bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is basic self catering 1 bed apartments with all of what you need. 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and utensils. As it is a self catering property, there are things like AC, safe and premium TV available for additional fees but were very reasonably priced. The hotel is clean. On to what this hotel does best. Hospitality. The staff are all amazing. From restaurant and bar staff, reception down to maids and entertainment team. Everyone really is a joy to speak to and they all work so hard to make your stay a memorable one. We did eat in the restaurant and thought the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Please bear in mind that All costs in Turkey have increased in recent years. If you go expecting it to be like it was 10 years ago then you will be disappointed. Taking everything into account, based on location, value for money, facilities and staff, I've no hesitation in giving this hotel a solid 5 out of 5.

Fantastic Hotel. Staff go above and beyond. Rooms spacious clean and tidy. Great for the price. Bed are comfy. Loads of stuff to keep young and old occupied. Entertainment team are a great bunch so friendly. Staff in the restaurant are so helpful and friendly. Went to turkish night food was lovely. Wish l had still been there for Italian night. Will definetly be back again this year. Thanks to all the staff for making it a great holiday.xxx

Fantastic hotel, the rooms were absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday. Staff lovely. Had to use Tom bands for payment as it’s cashless but you just put how much you want on it at reception. Lovely food and great pool
