5 loved it here very clean and central only 10 min walk to the marina x 5 mins to blue port , it is right on the main road it has 2 cooking rings and. Kettle would be nice to have a toaster in but it was great, the patio was very big with a airier on it would highly recommend x

ayhan apartments is great for everyone, rooms are cleaned daily and the food and drink is great also, great hospitality, jack and sammy are a brilliant pair of guys that get to know you on a personal level, food and drink prices are great also with a 4 course meal costing only £10! definitely will be back here.

We arrived late at night and were taken across the street to another hotel as the manager mentioned that our room is under repair. After 3 days we had to move into the rented apartament wothout beind notified in advance , so we had to pack in a hurry and move , luckily we were around the hotel that day. Once we got the keys we noted the apartament was not clean, inside the bedside cabinets was glue and a lot of dark hair. Some of the furniture was broken and the shower cabine glass was broken too. Also the bed was positioned so the bedroom door could not be closed. The noise in the other apartaments was way too loud, you could hear children screaming up till 3 am. Also we stayed near the lifts so every time somebody was using the lift, the doors were slammed making noise. It's ok until midnight , maybe 1 am but when the noise carries on up till 3-4 am it's not bearable. The apartament needs a good reconditioning. Also we it's nowhere mentioned that you have to pay 40£/ week extra for air con. There is no TV inside the apartament. I am not sure about Turkey standards of stars but definitely this is not a 3 stars accommodation. Not recommended.

Myself and my partner (aged 24/25 girls) booked at Ayhan Apartments via Love Holidays for 7 nights. Upon arrival there was no one at the reception to greet us. Instead there was a worker who did not speak English and shoved us in a lift with our key without even knowing our room number. When we eventually found our room, there was no toilet paper, hand wash, air con or a safe. The following was not mentioned anywhere on the website: - you have to pay for our own toilet roll and hand wash - air con cost £40 per week - the safe is not actually in the room, it is located downstairs at the unguarded reception area with a charge of £15 for use. A few days into our holiday was where things got a lot worse. Our room door was found open twice despite us ensuring the room was locked when we left for the day - once after we left for the beach during the day and the other was when we arrived back after a night on the Marmaris ***** around 12:30am. The second time the door to the balcony was unlocked. Straight away my partner was worried in case someone was in the room and if any of our things were taken. Luckily this was not the case, however, the staff at Ayhan did nothing to help reassure our safety. A room change was initially offered, however, this offer was quickly taken away when speaking to another member of staff. They did not offer the use of the safe, a relocation of a room and/or anything to help with the situation. Instead, they blamed our neighbours opposite and even called them stupid. I also told the manager I do not want anyone, including the cleaners, to enter the apartment. This was not communicated and the cleaners entered our apartment the following day. I contacted love holidays straight away in which they tried to contact the reception to the apartments however, there was no answer because no one is ever at the reception area of the apartments- baring in mind this is also where the master key is and the safe! This matter has still not been resolved by Love Holidays and they did not offer any resolution during our holiday. From this moment we had to sleep with a chair in front of the door, place a piece of paper between the door when leaving the apartment and take all of our precious belongings with us everywhere. We should not have to worry about this whilst on holiday. In addition, the photos online are completely different to what the actual apartments are; the apartments are situated behind the restaurant (again, not mentioned), they have claimed the building next to them to the left as the apartments, and the swimming pool is no bigger than 8ft long with very little space around it. The images shown online are completely false! Please be wary when booking at Ayhan Apartments via any holiday website. We have not had the best experience and will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff are amazing, apartments are lovely and clean and had everything we needed, The food was excellent and all reasonably priced . There’s a lovely little pool but we are beach people so we didn’t use it but a lot did and there seemed to be enough sun beds for everyone. We will without doubt be back again as it was very close to the beach.

Amazing. Savas and his crew are the best. We arrived at 2.30am and we were waited for, showed to our great room. Savas arranged our transfer to the airport. Room and customer service excellent. Food wonderful. If we wanted to have breakfast in our room, they would just deliver with a great smile. Definetely recommend these apartments and the restaurant. All of the staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome.

Cheap and cheerful. Food was nice but expensive. Drinks can be found cheaper at most other bars. Staff were friendly. And helpful. Alright for 4 males on their own. But not sure the women would like it. As I said cheap & Cheerful but for a few pounds a night extra you can get much better accommodation

We didn’t arrive while about 3am the place was in total darkness but there was someone there in the back office a helpful young man. He helped us in with our luggage we have a child in a wheelchair so he helped us up the 9 or 10 steps to get to the lifts up to the apartment we were on the first floor next to a generator or compressor machine that clicked on and off all night the room was clean and we were tired so we went straight to bed it was the hardest bed we have ever slept in we woke up several times during the night it was very cold there were blankets but only 2 for the three beds the fridge was really noisy the compressor was noisy the road was noisy so we had a really bad first night we were up early because we were so cold and uncomfortable. We went out to explore came back about 4pm noticed the pool was full of detritus from over the winter and hadn’t been cleaned the room had been cleaned we asked for another blanket and it was brought up immediately. Had a bit of a siesta then went back out to explore navigating the stairs each time and you have to go through the restaurant bar every time you enter or leave we didn’t see anyone using the bar when we arrived back still no one in the bar we went to our room another long cold night being woken up several times by the fridge the compressor and several other noises. The next day it started raining and the harsh reality set in no heater no tv big pools of water everywhere around the pool and restaurant so making the whole place very slippery again we went out to explore again walking through the puddles around the complex the steps and no one using the bar. Our experience just got worse and worse we decided to be social and have a drink in the bar a coffee a soft drink and a milkshake. That was when we realised why there was never anyone in the bar £6 for a milkshake when it came it was in a tall thin beer glass probably no more than 300ml it tasted that bad my son wouldn’t drink so I tried it I think it was a teaspoon of milkshake powder in low fat milk no cream no nothing the single worst milkshake we have ever had. A few more guests checked in this just made things worse they were very nosy getting in 2-3-4am shouting and laughing without a thought for the other guests. The maids stopped cleaning the room so we had to ask to have the bins emptied as our child is still in nappies we had no toilet roll this went on for several days so we left after 5 days and checked into another hotel. The staff were all nice lads, I know these are hard times but you need to review your business model.

We have just got home from a lovely stay 7 adults 2 children we arrived early hours of the morning had a problem with a bed that tour operators forgot to mention even tho 4am the staff sorted it out and made us all so welcoming we didn’t pay a lot so kept an open mind the apartments are dated which is fine as they are spotless clean and the ladies work so hard as do all the staff the food was great breakfast very good value so are the meal deals pasta meals amazing we drunk and ate a lot we did eat out and done some trips from the guy at the ahyan the jeep and boat ride was brilliant we spoke to many guest and some visit the apartments many times a year so that speaks volumes the location is fantastic walking distance to everywhere so easy 2 mins to the beach so a big thank u to all the staff you was all great very welcoming we had such a laugh u made us all welcome and we will definitely be back 10/10 thank you
