Room we were allocated was nothing like the pictures, bedroom was ok, living area and bathroom left a lot to be desired. One garden chair at the table. Fridge that didn’t shut properly which had caused a rust stain on the floor. Stayed one night out of necessity. Staff are lovely but just the absolute state of the sofa and kitchen work surface was an absolute no. Room overlooked a busy street. Food was good and pretty reasonable. I’ve never complained about a hotel in my life, would never feel ok staying somewhere after complaining so we paid another £500 to move hotels. The photos can speak for themselves. Sorry would never return

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and would go above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. They would arrange transport to anywhere we needed to go and nothing was too much! Great selection of food and drinks also. Entertainment was brilliant. Will definitely be back

Our family has been visiting Villa Sol for well over a decade now and out of all the places in the world I had to celebrate my special weekend at my second home with my friends here - there is genuinely no place like it. As a group of 10 solo girls we felt so safe and secure here which is a HUGE factor into why we love this place so much. Freddy and his staff go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy and will do anything to help if needed. I am overwhelmed at how they helped make my hen weekend so special from adding extra beds, first class service, helping the Bridal team by taking charge of decorations and a few highly welcomed surprises. All the staff are very respectful and no hassle at all. I have recommended this place to customers over the years too and many have came back as returning customers. Perfect location within walking distance to the Armutalan ***** and easy access to the beach. Hotel is absolutely spotless and the food is DELICIOUS (I am a fussy eater and it truly is to die for). I am in awe with Freddy and his team of how far they have came and how Villa Sol is finally getting the amazing recognition it deserves. It was also lovely to see one of the original boys Ozzy working there too after so many years it just shows how incredible their family unit is ! We are already planning on having another trip after the wedding. Thank you so very much to the Villa Sol team. Keep doing what you are doing and smashing it ❤️

Great accommodation staff are all fantastic amazing vibe with entertainment and with all there help setting up decorations for our friends hen they couldn't be more helpful and friendly even though we were such a big group nothing was a wait 😊 would recommend 110% family friendly also xxxx

Absoluty AMAZING, Freddy and the staff cant do enough for you, very clean, brilliant food. the hotels slogan is come as guest leave as family, and they really do make you feel like part of their family. been twice now, and just rebooked for next year
