HONEST REVIEW. After reading some reviews on here I really wasn't sure what to expect. This was our 1st trip to Turkey but won't be out last. Will most definitely be coming back to this hotel again. The room. The room is basic but covers exactly what you need (unless you don't plan on leaving the room for the entire stay). We had a family room which offered a separate bedroom for kids, and 2 bathrooms both with showers. Unlike other reviews, can't complain about fridges not working etc. Everything was exactly as expected with fresh towels and water being left for us on a daily basis. Hotel facilities. A number of reviews I read complain about the food and to be honest, I really can't understand why. There are more options for lunch and snacks than you could ever get bored of. Italian offers pizza and pasta, Turkish offers Burgers, Hot dogs, chips, stir-fry, a doner grill for kebab wraps, and that's not even mentioning the main restaurant all offered in the all inclusive options during the day. The main restaurant offers FRESH salad, a variety of breads, and chips with every meal, even breakfast. With breakfast also offering pancakes and freshly cooked omelette I struggle to see how even the fussiest of eaters couldn't find something. The coffee bar is definitely a favourite with a lot of people and it's not hard to see why. It offers pretty much every variation of coffee you would get in Costa/Starbucks both hot and cold and again all included. The longest we had to wait in queue was approx 5 mins but the quality was worth it. There are so many sunbeds, comfortable sofas and chairs with tables at both the poolside and beach decking that we never failed to find a spot on either the sun or the shade. This is by no means a negative point but some staff do seem to be a bit hit and miss and obviously have their favourites, but just like everyone, we found ours. Ozzy and pool bar, and the dude on skates at the beach bar (apologies but his name completely escapes me) were really attentive. It is possible that we may just have been lucky with our experience but I would have to start really looking in depth to criticise any aspect of the hotel or our trip. If you want to spend your holiday picking fault with minute details then you can probably do that no matter where you stay. All in all, we had a fabulous time.

Recently come home from a great 8 night stay at this hotel. We booked a private transfer through Hoppa which was 1.5 hours, after arrival checked quickly and taken on a buggy to our room. We had a 2 bedroom family room/bungalow, it was a bit run down but no bother for us, cleaned and fresh towels daily. The walls are thin so may have been an issue if you end up with noisy neighbours. Food fantastic, always plenty of choice. Fresh pastries at breakfast, fresh fish for dinner etc. Lunch you can use the main buffet or the steak house, Turkish and Italian which are more like snack bars in the day (burgers, hotdogs etc). The desserts at dinner were fabulous! We booked at the Chinese one evening which was amazing. Also ice cream throughout the day and bubble tea available till 10pm which the kids loved. Coffee from the coffee corner was perfect. Cocktails great, especially the espresso martinis and mojitos! We used the main pool and beach, always managed to get a sunbed but did get busier during half term. Can change towels as much as needed. Pool is deep so may be a struggle for children who can’t swim. We booked a boat trip using the on site kiosk which was very reasonably priced at £50 for a family including lunch, the drinks on board were very expensive though (£16 for 4 diet cokes). If you book for a Monday you stop off at a market, we found the shop on site the same prices as the market. Also visited the spa on site for a Turkish bath and massage which was lovely. Entertainment was good, not much in the day but always a kids disco followed by a show at night (dancer, acrobats etc) and then further entertainment either at the beach bar or pool bar until late (bingo, live singer, karaoke). A small group of dancers arrived whilst we were there and we had no issues with them (this was the Boss dance group). Cash is preferred although cards are accepted. Pounds, lira and euros all fine. We mainly used lira for tipping. Tipping is appreciated but not expected like other places I have visited previously. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will be back!
