Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

The rooms were dirty , water leaked from the ceiling , carpet was sopping wet. Staff could not be bothered to assist and spent all their time On their mobile phones and chatting. Worst five star hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel was faultless.. the staff were so friendly nothing was to much for any member of staff, especially a waiter called mustafa he looked after us every day in the restaurant even reserving our table at night with the drinks we drank most days.. the hotel was so clean every where you looked members of staff were cleaning and emptying bins. Not even dragging black bins through the resort they were collected by golf buggies. On arrival we were greeted by porters and check in was quick and easy then escorted to our apartment by a golf buggy then the porter showed us all our apartment and took our bags in for us. The room itself was spotless beautiful huge shower gleaming and sparkling. A cute little balcony aswell with table and chairs overlooking the resort and its beautiful gardens.. The greenery around the resort was also breathtaking even lemon trees walnut trees ect all growing. So much on the all inclusive to offer to the food was outstanding so many chefs cooking infront of you and a vast amount of restaurants If you want too plus make sure you book your free a la carte meal for a week stay too.. Best bonus for me was prosecco cocktails and even champagne on tap 24 hours a day.. The private beach was out of this world get there early and take in the sunrise you don't want to miss it ... Overall get this hotel booked See you in April, June and September next year

Our first visit to this hotel as previously we stayed in casa de Maris. We fully enjoyed our trip and the staff can't do no wrong. Our waiter Musa Kanat went above everything to ensure we had everything we requested. Best waiter by far. Would recommend this hotel highly.

This hotel is excellent.Food is varied and delicious.Rooms are so clean,in fact everyone works so hard to keep the complex clean. A very special mention to Murat,he supports the entertainment team.What an excellent job he does.Always so friendly and professional.The entertainment was fantastic.Theres always something to do,wether it’s darts or cocktails made by Denis and the bar team.We will definitely be returning.Well worth a visit.A+++

Pro’s Location. Food. Staff. Beach. Coffee shop. Bubble tea station. Bus stop outside the hotel is only 10 minutes on the bus to Marmaris and is 25tl each. Special mention to the entertainment team who work tirelessly to keep everyone entertained particularly the kids. Well done Murat and Egemen. Cons Pool is freezing. Premium drinks aren’t great. The villas have no sound proofing.

4th time at this hotel, and it just gets better and better with each visit. We will be returning! Food is awesome. Coffee bar and tea bar awesome. The entertainment is awesome. Special mention to the lads in the Pool Bar- Deniz and Emre. Super friendly, and make super good cocktails. Keep up the hard work!

We have just come back from 10 days at this hotel. The hotel is amazing and in such a lovely setting. You feel like you are in so much nature and surrounded by mountains. Lots of different areas you can sit so you don’t feel you are on top of everyone. Anyone who has food allergies this is for you. I am dairy intolerant and my daughter has a nut allergy. They are well set up for this. On arrival you are asked about allergies and you have to go and speak with the guest services. They write you a card with your allergies on so you can present it to any staff member in the restaurant. There are certain staff who have an allergen badge so it is easy to identify who to speak to about ingredients. Every dish has a label with the allergen ingredients on, plus a QR you can scan to get all the ingredients. My 10 year went around scanning things so she knew what she could have. The only downside is the Turkish love nuts so there are nuts in a lot of things. However this didn’t impact our holiday at all. They didn’t have soya milk, just almond milk. When I asked for soya they said they will have it for me the next day, and they did. Very helpful. Big shout out to Mustafa in the main restaurant. He looked after us so well All staff work hard. The boat trip from the hotel is amazing. Lots of beautiful swimming opportunities in the stunning seas. The outdoor pool is very cold but the beach is stunning and I would say the sea is warmer. My 14 year old son spent most of his time at the football pitch on site. He loved it. Fab new set up at the beach with great entertainment and great bar staff. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you.

Just returned from a wonderful trip to the grand yazici and it was amazing, all the staff are wonderful there’s nothing they dont do to make your holiday the most relaxing experience ever, extra special shout out to the animation team they was just fantastic !! The facilities at this resort are the best I have ever experienced there’s just so much to do we spoke to so many people that hadn’t realised half of the facilities at this resort so pls if you go make sure to take a good look around it’s so much bigger and better than you first realise. This is one of the only all inclusive resorts that I have been where you genuinely don’t need to leave the complex because there’s so much to do and the food options are really good and endless Thank you to all the staff we had a fantastic time and we will be back to see you again in July we enjoyed it so much
