The one good thing about this hotel is the location: it’s very close to the beach , shops and nightlife. Beyond that it has nothing going for it. The rooms are old, falling apart and dirty. Each winter the staff try and patch over all the issues themselves. It almost needs knocking down and re-building. Breakfast is awful.. the coffee the worst I’ve ever tasted. You will be encourage to have a tab at the bar and then over-charged when you come to pay.. even the regulars were being ripped off. The 5/5 reviews on here are written by family and friends of the owner & staff… so ignore the high review scores. Manager and staff target the younger girls and often have a room at the hotel for their “private parties”. The manager frequently has his family and friends take over the pool so it turns into a kids pool party by day… and a drunken mess by night. My advice: there are other very low budget hotels with much better reputations,

The Hotel is very tired, unfortunately its not fit for purpose. The breakfast was terrible, I paid half board and the evening meal was off a fixed menu with very little choice, completely inadequate and not worth the cost. The rooms were a mess and dirty, the bathrooms are appalling. The large majority of guests were disgusting and drunken abusers of a frightening nature. Some of the staff were drunk most of the time. I was charged for drinks I didn't have, we as a family hid away from the main parts of the hotel as it was dreadful.

No frills but what a great little family run hotel , food is decent and ample portions, beer and spirts are reasonably priced , the location is perfect , 30 seconds from the beach , bars and restaurants if thats your thing , savas and danny cant do enough for their guests , every 1 is made to feel welcome and you make some good friends , lots of ppl return here 2 and 3 times a year some just go for 5 or 6 weeks , you come as a tourist and leave like family ..see you next year 😁

Id love to give this hotel a 5 star review BUT it wouldn't be fair on people reading this and choosing to stay there because of a fake review. The staff there are great guys, they work hard ( I mean very hard) and because of staff like DANNY people continue to return. HOWEVER the cleaner (a very important hotel staff) does not ... I don't know whether she's told to do rooms every 4 or 5 days or so or if she is supposed to do them more often, when u have to constantly ask for fresh towels and bedding then there must be an issue. The hotel is great great location for all decent pubs nearby, The showers??. Even a slim person would find it hard to shower as they are sooo small, so if ur like me and carry a little more weight it's a rubbish experience to shower. I have gone to this hotel for years now however I have to be true to myself and say my holiday is a lot more than just location , there are ways in which this hotel could turn around and be great however next year I will be looking elsewhere.... mainly for the reason that SPECIAL GUESTS (beer louts) get to stay up drinking and making noise to all ours in the morning sometimes 6am and it's not my thing... I'm not alone either as alot of regulars are looking into nearby places for next year.. I will always visit and say hi as I saidbthe boys work so hard and are friendly .

Cracking little hotel. Fantastic location. Great staff. Cant fault it. Going back next year. I visited July and September this year and will return without hesitation. The owner was really helpful when I had issues with my travel company and made sure we still got our room. Staff can't do enough for you.

Great little hotel. Has a good sized pool. Food is really good. Fabulous location. Staff and owner very friendly, helpful and definitely not rude. Any problems they will help sort it out. Breakfast is basic but adequate. I'm usually just pay for a cooked breakfast later in day. Menu is reasonably priced and very generous portions. I was there in July for a month and a week in Oct. In July a family were jumping in the pool, and not bothered they were splashing customers on loungers so Danny asked them politely to jump at other side of the pool not stopping them from having fun but just to be aware of others around them. The staff are usually polite to people who show a little respect. The bathrooms are bit dated but owner was saying the bathrooms getting a refurb over winter. I've met good friends at this hotel over last few years. I will be booking again for next year.

Amazing holiday love going to melodi it's a family run business the staff are friendly and will help you in anyway they can 2mins walk to beach and water park.my kids also love it we visit every year.this year we have been twice.rooms are clean food is amazing and prices are great.

Very good this hotel is basic but for what we wanted it was perfect they are very friendly and hospitable the pool bar had reasonable priced drinks and the food is amazing try the garlic mushrooms no fridge or kettle in rooms so if you like a brew take a kettle with you location for this hotel is perfect couldn't ask for better so much so me and my friends have booked again for may

Stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it, great atmosphere and the staff are amazing, I would highly recommend. Located fairly central to the bars/restaurants and literally 2 mins from the beach. I would recommend contacting directly to get the best deals and they can even sort out a private transfer from Dalaman.
