There was no heating and no hot water it was a nightmare and the facilities are a lie. The spa isnt open and nor is the sauna. At night it was impossible to sleep due to the cold

The hotel was average, the only problem we had which was a major one was NO HOT WATER for the duration of our stay. We complained daily along with other guests, but it was talking to a brick wall.

Stayed out of season, the hotel is excellent, clean, parking right behind the hotel, breakfast for 4. 2 minutes to the sea.

We arrived at 15:00 at the hotel and were even able to take sun loungers by the pool, which was nice, the beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk away, the center is 20-30 minutes.
The downside is the lack of parking, but this is a problem for all of Marmaris
Alcohol is normal, local Turkish, the food is also delicious

There is a great atmosphere about this hotel. Service and staff is amazing, exceptional, management truly helpful. Rooms spotless. Never slept so well. Chambermaid exceptionally helpful for extra blankets etc. We went in May. Heater/air-conditioner as required. Intimate hotel, yet private and truly respectful staff. The in-house Spa is to die for. Have the Turkish bath in an incredible room straight out of an Ottoman marble palace. Sauna of course. Snow the manageress will pick your masseuse for a medical or sports massage they are seriously good as we were told by connoisseurs. Delicious food and we're foodies but they do fish and the nicest chips as an option. We're going back. Tony and Jenny Dublin.
