Kaan Apart

When we (my partner, myself and my mother) arrived, even though we booked two separate rooms we had to share 1. The noise in corridors and outside went on till early hours every night One night, a drunk man decided to smash up the place, screaming until 5am all night, got no sleep. Mother was terrified, BLOOD EVERYWHERE You can see in the pic the smearing of blood- this went on over the stairs for 3 whole floors!! I took a video but couldn’t upload onto here! Looked like a ****** scene Disgusting, unsanitary and scary! The only positive were the staff who were always friendly to us, however one had lied to us saying the man that was smashing up the place was removed but in fact he wasn’t and continued to violently vandalise the hotel.

There were 5 male staff and 1 woman cleaner, All but one of the males are rude and try to intimidate you into buying from them and ordering through them, when you don't its attitude and they don't want to do what you ask of them, i.e i ordered chips for the kids they said they had none, less than a hour later a woman ordered and received her chips. They tried to overcharge me and charge me for things I never had but I was vigilant so they never got to. The loud noise and music from the barstaff at 1am made the kids quite scared the first two nights. On arrival to kaans we were all excited to be on holiday, we ordered a meal from the bar area, I was charged £24 for a pizza and chips and egg and chips, the end was raw and the bread soaked in butter or oil. The pizza was nice, As I entered the room I thought quite basic but I could make it work for me and my three children, The hotel had 2 single beds in room and two sofa beds in another room, both beds were flat and misshaped. In the morning I ordered a coffee from the bar area but it was quite cold on when I got it, so I ordered another and it was of the same standard. The cleaner came everyday and due to there been no do not disturb signs available she just knocked at her convenience not ours. She was a nice lady but I was not happy with the standard of cleaning, she's not changed just dusted out and replaced, blood on pillow so you know it hasn't been washed. I used the laundry service once, it cost £20 they said due to the amount of clothes I had, but I was fine with that as it was alot of clothes we had gone through as a family of 4. Clothes came back, cleaned but felt different. The spa and relaxation service is none existence, nothing for the children either, luckily I booked excursions to fill the kiddies time. Good location but that's about it.

I came here on a family holiday. We was given 2 big rooms and a studio. The cleaner came daily and changed towels, beds ect. The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We had no trouble here at all. The pool was clean and tidy and we had fun while staying here. I would definitely go back again.. the staff here made the place. Very helpful and friendly. All very happy. Thank you kaan apartments for making our stay an enjoyable one ❤️

Stayed 14 nights family of 2 adults and 3 children.rooms are basic but clean.maid cleaned and renewed towels daily.our stay was made special the staff was amazing with my children,really made our holiday.want to mention Oscar who was amazing we had a late flight home so long day we would have had to check out early but he knocked on our room and told us we could have our room until 7pm free of charge. Thankyou to all the bar staff wish I could remember all their names but really are a credit to the hotel.cant wait to go back next year

When we arrived after midnight our rooms were not ready I had booked 2 one bedroom apartments, after at least 30 minutes we were given a one bedroom apartment and a studio apartment for the night and was told it would be sorted in the morning….in the morning we went to reception and they said sorry nothing they could do about the rooms and if we didn’t like it we could leave!!!! Not very professional at all!!!! Never make the mistake of complaining if you stay here as the staff then ignore u the full holiday! We were here for 2 weeks first few days were great until we made a complaint about something in one of the rooms after that not one member of staff spoke to us at all making it very awkward for the kids also. We spent most of our time outwith the apartments after this. Staff are too busy trying to get their leg over the female guests than to do anything else!! One of them even added my daughter on fbook and was sending her messages through messenger….SHES 14!!!!!!! Will never return to this place, loved Marmaris but definitely NOT these apartments…

We went as 3 couples together on arrival one room wasn’t ready but couldn’t be more apologetic as it was due to a medical emergency and once sorted full party was given 1 free drink and a late check out for inconvenience, yes aircon is £50 but so is every hotel these days fan hire is £20 a week safe hire is £10 a week has a laundry service for a small fee rooms are cleaned daily unless asked not to there is a charge for room cleaning but think that is if you want deeper clean never had to use it all bar staff are amazing couldn’t bend over more for us knew us by name with in hours and always friendly food and drink cost is the same as any other bar or restaurant in Marmaris, rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for and pull is cleaned every night in all a very nice stay, on location it is a 5 min walk to beach and a good bit away from the harber but 30 tl per person sorts that for the price we paid would definitely recommend and will be back again
