The spa was amazing the did more for me and my mom then any Docter could in one session Als very relaxing space and nice staff Eti is the sweetest and will give u the best information about the hammam and massage Also had some fish spa it really got my feet soft and smooth Ofcourse i will be coming back to the spa i wish i could come and have a massage here every week

Third time visiting this hotel in just over a year, we absolutely love it here, All the staff are fantastic, especially Abdurrahman, he goes above and beyond and is a big part of the reason we returned the 2nd and 3rd time I would also like to mention a couple of the other waiters (Zubeyer and Aygun) they’re all an absolutely credit to green nature resort. Entertainment staff are amazing (don and team work so hard) Food can be very repetitive but always something to eat. House keepers work so hard and are so friendly. Very close to main *****, a short bus ride to bazar and Icmeler. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. So close to being the best – but the evenings (and a few other things) let it down. We’ve just returned from an 11-night stay at this hotel, and while there’s so much to love, there are also some real frustrations that stop it from being an “absolutely would return” destination. It’s right on the edge of greatness — a few improvements would take it from good to exceptional. --- What was brilliant: Fantastic family facilities: The outdoor areas are genuinely impressive. There’s a great five-a-side football pitch and a basketball court — both of which were big hits with our children. But what really stood out was how safe these specific areas were. Let me be clear — I’m only talking about these two zones here: the football pitch and basketball court are completely enclosed, with high fences topped with barbed wire and no access from the outside. Kids can’t scale the fencing to wander off, and no one can climb in from the street. As parents, that gave us real peace of mind. You can let the kids play freely without worrying they’ll end up outside the resort grounds. Slides and pools: The slides are brilliant — fast, fun, and suitable for both kids and adults. Pools were clean, plenty of sunbeds available, and staff kept things well maintained. The staff – a standout feature: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. From reception to entertainment, chefs, waiters, and housekeeping — they all created a genuinely positive, welcoming vibe. We never experienced poor service, and that really elevated the whole stay. Bar service and drinks: Bar staff were prompt and efficient, with a decent selection of drinks — local beers, soft drinks, unbranded spirits, iced coffees, and even Baileys. The spirits are quite weak (one whisky we saw was just 19%), but given Türkiye’s relaxed drinking culture, that wasn’t unexpected. We just grabbed a branded bottle from a shop to top up our mixers — problem solved. Food quality and variety: The restaurant is large and well-run, with a truly impressive range of food. From Turkish favourites to international staples, there’s something for everyone. You could easily enjoy: A full English breakfast each morning — eggs, sausages, beans, hash browns, toast. Family-friendly options for picky eaters like burgers, chips, nuggets, and pizza. Lighter bites like sushi, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Hot chocolate and a good coffee selection. A wide variety of lovely desserts — cakes, pastries, and fruit that changed daily. Everything was replenished quickly, tables cleared efficiently, and even at peak times it didn’t feel chaotic. A real highlight of the stay. WiFi – surprisingly excellent: No charges, and it worked everywhere. We were getting speeds of 20–30 Mbps — more than enough for streaming, video calls and social media. Great to see a resort not cashing in on WiFi like many others do. --- What really let it down: Evening entertainment – poorly planned and extreme

I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken. Our shower drain is also broken with cracks in the floor, dangerous as it could easily slice your foot open Day 4 in to our holiday and we’re both sick. Vomiting and diareahh we’ve been confined to our room for 2 days solid Kids and adults picking up food with hands, taking bites out of food and leaving it on the counter which has probably caused our illness. Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over. Would I return? Not a chance I’ll go to the diamond next time

I can’t fault this hotel. We had the best time travelling as family of 4. My youngest daughter loved the pools and mini disco. Entertainment was good throughout the day and evening. Daytime pool entertainment and plenty for the children. Evening there was different options for bingo, karaoke and live entertainment shows. Food was nice menough, always something for everyone to eat. Yusef in the restaurant was amazing, so helping and made our holiday special. Thankyou Yusef!! Beach isn’t too far and a bus is provided. Hotel room was nice and clean. The whole hotel was clean and there was always staff around making sure the pool was clean too. We visited the spa too where we had a chocolate Turkish mud bath and massage. My daughters loved this. Perrie in the spa was so helpful with sorting what I could use in the spa for allergies. Amazing! Thankyou!! Loved it here!

Where do I start so entertainment is really good for all ages the food was amazing sweet section was very good staff are really nice of course you get the odd miserable one but thats anywhere in life guest relations are absolutely fantastic i had a bit of an accident where some oil had burnt my thumb when the chef put my omelette on to my plate it was a freak accident how ever the nurse on here was so helpful constantly making sure I was OK guest relations made sure everything was OK documented and I was given champagne fruit bowl to the room late check out family from another hotel was aloud in at a discounted price however the pools and slides were really good house keeping was so polite and great at what she does i left personal expensive stuff money etc nothing was taken basically I could keep naming great things I have nothing to moan about a family of about 20 did try to target us but that didn't go in there favour not only did I deal with it security and staff was there very quickly to resolve and descalate everything ill definitely come back again i actually said I would never co.e back to Turkey and this will be the make or break now I can't wait to come back this hotel should be a 5 star with the overall positive experience I have had oh yeah I can't forget kids club them guys are absolutely wicked whoever reads this ignore any negative comments because I was a bit skeptical before I came i travel the world in the best hotels and if there not so good I will give constructive criticism but like I say if your thinking of coming then book up also drake the entertainment top guy and both gust relations aynar and the Welsh lady both great people and the security staff all good and the staff in the restaurant very accommodating im sitting in reception right now waiting to be picked up reflecting on a positive experience I've had and hope others wanting to book this will help towards them making there decision take care green nature resort and spa we will see use again
