Club Turquoise Apartments

This hotel is highly recommended all the staff in this hotel are super friendly from the management who are very helpful , all the bar staff team who can’t do enough to help bring what you need , to entertainment staff Ty the dj.. hakan, dainielle Cece all great kids loved them ❤️ Also the maids everyday they came in kept rooms extremely clean .. all in all this is one of if not the best self catering hotel I stayed in and can’t wait to go back

What a great holiday My 10th stay in turquoise my first choice when I’m looking to book in marmaris great hotel great location great staff very helpful when I asked for room change to higher floor with pool view had to wait a day till one was available but wasn’t a problem nothing ever is and the staff are so honest during my room change I gathered all my clothes and things took to my new room well apart from the 4 figure sum of money I had forgotten I had left in what I thought was safe place 2 hours after I had moved the head housekeeper approached me at sun beds and asked if could go to reception when I got there the reception manager had an envelope waiting for me with my all of my money in it I was left feeling silly but so relieved and grateful for the honesty of the staff without which a great family holiday would have been totally ruined thank you club turquoise I will definitely be back next year

The hotel and bar staff are good Danielle was amazing then she had to leave to go to another hotel Cici on the other hand since Danielle as been gone has not been doin a great good no one has been doin anything Danielle has been gone 2 days now and everyone misses her the hotel is not the same they need to bring her back before people start leaving there holiday early BRING HEE BACK she is what makes the entertainment team what it should be the rooms are basic food very nice well done to the chef batman and his team are absolutely amazing

All the bar staff are great had the most amazing laugh with them all entanement so good Danielle and cici are great they deserve a pay raise but there manager need to be fired as he is no great the music he plays is crap same thing everyday I don't believe the job is for him

Firstly I should say I have been to Turkey 75 times now to different parts and have actually stayed in these apartments many years ago but this has been my worst experience anywhere in Turkey by far! As a solo traveller I emailed Jet 2 times request a room near the reception to feel a bit safer on my own. I was put at the back of the complex and to reach the apartment I had to go down a steep set of stairs and then up 4 flights of stairs. It was very dimly light and I had to use the torch on my phone when coming back at night. They told me there is cctv but was obvious there wasn’t! Clean towels were provided each day but that’s as far as the cleaning goes. The floor was absolutely filthy when I arrived and remained that way as was the kitchen counters. Shower was awful so took quite some time to wash hair etc. Beds are rock hard and I didn’t sleep properly for a week. The pool area is ok but doesn’t seem to be cleaned properly either. The steps in the deep end are not secured and I hit my leg causing a huge bruise on the first day. Food is nice enough. What I can’t get over is how downright rude some of the staff are. I was laughed at when ill and I asked bar staff for help to order some food. I then went to reception for help and apparently they didn’t speak English! I also asked for some help when leaving with my suitcase as I couldn’t get it down 4 flights of stairs safely and the guy told me nobody could help and turned his back on me. I asked another holiday maker. I spent a lot of money in the complex so I’m not sure why they didn’t want to help me. I felt really uncomfortable as a solo traveler here which I have never felt anywhere before. It is full of repeat guests who seem more important. Batman and Danielle were the only ones that were decent and nice to me. Danielle is fab at her job as an entertainer. All in all a pretty unpleasant week and a waste of time/money.

Im a Disabled person with walking difficulties ask for ground floor apartment i got room i4 3rd level all stairs ask for a move keep saying no bed r hard the only good thing at this hotel is the pool womens behind the desk very rude and dose not care
