Club Palm Garden Keskin Hotel

We really enjoyed our time in this hotel .the staff are amazing ..food is delicious and rooms are clean and tidy..its central to shops bars and restaurants. Staff are one of the friendless around.. sunbeds are taken from early morning with people leaving towels on them and then not using them till later in the day .

Beds are fabulous- if you like sleeping on a concrete slab !!.when we first walked into the apartment I was shocked at the state of it, the table was filthy not been cleaned . Classed as self catering,not even a basic toaster . All of the apartment was bad ( photos to prove) when we asked for another room we’re told none available until tomorrow, we stayed in this room as I couldn’t see it being any better , they sent cleaners up to give it a clean , this should have been done before we got there . Cutlery drawer was filthy and a knife still had breadcrumbs on .we ate out all the time we usually eat breakfast in the apartment but no way were we eating there AVOID first time in turkey and the last really put us off

Just back from a great week with 4 friends the location is perfect 2 streets from the front and a 5 min walk from blue port. The refurb in the hotel looks amazing the rooms were great the beds were comfortable and very clean we had 202 which looked out to the pool. The food is delicious great choice and always served with a smile. Staff always go above and beyond Ali who looks after the pool area never stops cleaning to make sure it's spotless. Nemo, Jamal, Jack, Jacob, Holly, Nuri, the kitchen, reception and cleaning staff we so friendly and helpful. We are alrwady planning a return trip 🙂

This is not my first time in Marmaris but the first time in this hotel, I would highly recommend it, hotel was spotless with cleaners constantly working hard, all bar and food staff very friendly, only had lunch which was nice, beer 130tl. Pool very nice and I would definitely come back

I had never been to Turkey before and was very nervous before going. Once we arrived at the hotel, at nearly midnight, we were checked in quickly and had great help with cases and water to our room. The rooms are basic but clean. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing but once we reported it they got it fixed straight away. Things go wrong sometimes but it is how that it is dealt with that makes the difference and the staff were brilliant. We then went to bar and quickly met Jimmy and Jacob. Food had stopped but Jimmy sorted us out a pizza delivery and Jacob kept the drinks flowing. The staff could not be more helpful. They all work very hard and long hours. The food at the hotel surprised me. It is a small pool side kitchen and my expectations were low. I could not have been more wrong. The food was amazing and I never had a bad meal. Jimmy, Jacob, Jack and the rest of the staff did not stop. The two brothers, apologies as I forget their names, were brilliant as well. The cleaning staff in rooms and around the pool worked hard and were class as well. I had booked to go back to Spain next year but have cancelled and will be booking 2 weeks back at this hotel. Very impressed indeed. See you all next year Billy

Went to this hotel in October this year when we got to our room what a shock nothing like the photo’s the mattress didn’t fit the bed only one light in bedroom,the curtain was hanging off the door going out into the balcony,the fridge hadn’t be cleaned or defrosted the floors were all cracked or had holes in .the bathroom sink was all cracked no plugs when I asked for a outher room was told no ,none available even though people had checked out off the apartment that had been upgraded .the good think was the food it was amazing best I have had in a hotel .Jack and his team couldn’t do enough for you same on a night by Jimmy and his team .
