Club Alpina Apartments

Hi stayed here in October had a great time lovely clean hotel great staff who work really hard and are amazing Were coming back at the end of June 2024 is there a way we can upgrade to a room that looks onto the pool if so how much please and how can I contact you direct thanks

Jist got back from spending a week at club Alpina, we all absolutely loved the hotel, the room was clean, and comfy, had a view of the pool and bar area from our room, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, as you'd expect / want from any hotel. The biggest highlight and what made our stay tho was Ronnie and the bar crew, Dj Victor, Jo, and the rest.. Ronnie was amazing, really friendly towards us and the children, Infact all the staff are absolutely amazing with the kids.. But Ronnie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you are served quickly and happy, all the staff are lively and excellent at their jobs, was took up on stage a few times and it's exhausting so the are all amazing, thanks for a great holiday all, especially Ronnie, can't wait to come back and see you all again, can't return quick enough. Thankyou ❤️.

We had read many bad reviews before we went but I can most of my experience was brilliant only problem I had was they pushed to play bingo at night and do the football car during the day and the young bar staff were only interested in party’s that had young female so was hard severed by them but I would thanks Alex who worked always great service and also big thank you to the photographer who took amazing photos of me and my partner

This hotel is lovely, cleaned regularly. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Good range of facilities. Very nive selection of food and drink and the best coffee ive had in Marmaris. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

So disappointed with this Jet2 hotel apartment rated as 3 star should be 1 star! The last excellence award was 2007. It is neither family nor couple friendly. The apartment stunk of smoke, the fridge had the freezer section door broken off so it froze whatever you had in there and one leg was broken. The shower head was dysfunctional and spread water all over the bathroom floor. The balcony walls were dirty, stained and the table all peeled and scratched. The good point was they changed sheets and towels regularly and they were clean but the towels were hard and frayed and the bed cover had holes! The bar provides entertainment but played music until 2am every night which even with ear plugs resounded through the room. The receptionists are rude and abrupt and not were not willing to move or repair items. The pool area is wall to wall sunbeds, no Privacy and the plush ones in the advert picture are only available for 15 euros per person a day. No wifi apart from near the bar. Marmaris is fun and we had a great holiday away from the apartment but don’t stay here.

Be aware of the reviews before booking we booked 2 rooms for 3 adults we emailed prior to going to explain that me and my sister in law have health issues and we cant do stairs without difficulty we got put in rooms 101 and 103 they told us they could shift us but we would have to share a room this lasted 6 days the rooms were disgusting we only got moved because of cockroach on our balcony i have a serious skin condition I could take my shoes off in the hotel my sister in law didn't have a lock on her door so had to stay with us. We got moved after a few days to room 124 still no room for my sister in law we both have serious health issues I had 7 stairs to get to the basement then another 9 when we got moved then stairs down to the pool holiday from hell for us please don't write a generic reply rena I can't be bothered with any more to do with you or the hotel we spent every single day in club viva where we were welcomed with open arms the 2 hotels are night and day club viva all the way
