The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a back deck/patio for relaxing in privacy. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door.Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a king bed large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet.Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet) there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play. Upstairs bedroom on the north side of the house has a king bed as well.Our other rental has been a hige success with travellers and we are very accommodating, if you feel like the place is missing something, simply let us know and it's done.
