No towel rack in the bathroom, nothing to hang anything on. Friendly staff but lacking professionalism in attitude and outfits. Nice cleaning lady but throws away things that seem to her to be thrown away, and puts things in the cupboards without coherence, we always think we have lost things. A lady waits for the cleaning lady during the cleaning to apparently supervise, is the boss... she does not introduce herself... Very pleasant swimming pool. We wait for the bar which is ready by the pool but not functional. Limited breakfast, not ready at the start time (8 a.m.), some raw vegetables, some fruit, Moroccan pancakes but which seem to have waited, pancakes French, cakes. Fresh orange juice but not cold. In short, the staff is kind and friendly, the price-quality ratio was good but there is a need for renovation, reception equipment and staff training.
