Absolutely beautiful hotel! Such amazing staff and well kept. Pool was lovely felt serene and only a 20/30 min drive to medina - perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle 😍 Amazing massages too!

A great day of peace and relaxation . Karim was providing a great service and the day felt like an oasis in the crazy world . Everybody super friendly , nice , funny , great with children .. thank you and we'll be back ! and : no silly pop music at the pool - just the birds ..

We came on a day pass (stayed in the Medina) and it was the perfect day away from the hustle of the markets. The warm pool was 32 degrees - ideal for the little ones - and the large pool was 26 degrees, so still very swimmable even in January. There is plenty of room for families to spread out and the two course lunch included in the day package was great value. There were also grounds to wander round, showers, games and a gym, so plenty to keep us occupied for a day.

Nice pool area, and the room is big. However, smells from the kitchen go straight up into the room. The water in the shower is not warm enough. Food and drinks are expensive compared to the quality at other restaurants. Breakfast is a mess – no one tells you about the à la carte options, and the buffet is not restocked in time. They bring the wrong dishes when ordering breakfast. The gym is poor and dirty (no equipment to clean up after sweating). There is a lot of staff, but they do not seem efficient. Noise from the restaurant can be heard when you are in the room. When checking out They Will charge you a credit card fee for every day staying even though you pay the entire stay in one transaction - this seems like a scam to rob you for money.

People were very friendly and professional We loved the atmosphere and the calming environment. A real oasis of peace snd relaxation Pool and gardens were splendid We had a beautiful suite with private garden area Small spa at resort provided good massages
