Facilities: The toilet had issues; it kept intermittently flushing on the first night. The chairs in the garden were quite dirty, but everything else was good. The gym is well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, excellent. Environment: Very beautiful. Service: Room service was slow to respond, and I couldn't get through to the front desk using the in-room phone. I also went to the front desk to ask for slippers, but they were never provided.

Beautifully renovated, this hotel is now truly classy and deserves 5 stars.

The hotel environment was quite nice, with a traditional Moroccan courtyard style, but the service was mediocre. Reception check-in took a long time, and for some reason, people who arrived after us checked in first. No one helped us with our luggage or took us to our room. There was no toothpaste in the room, even though the facilities clearly stated that toothpaste was provided. The room facilities were also quite old.

Very nice hotel, with a large swimming pool. Close to the airport but the passage of planes flying over the hotel was not a problem. Beautiful room with comfortable bed Varied buffet breakfast Welcoming and pleasant staff Location 10 minutes by taxi from Jemaa Elf Na square
