El Hamra Hotel

Very bad experience at Hôtel Alhamra. Extremely disappointing stay. There was no hot water, especially in the mornings, making it impossible to shower properly as the hot water wouldn't reach the room. We even changed rooms, thinking that was the problem, but it was exactly the same. Other guests were also complaining about the same issue. Throughout the entire stay, the room was only cleaned once, and the towels were only changed once, and only after we specifically requested it. The hotel is extremely noisy. There's no double glazing, so you can hear everything happening outside. It was impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, the bed was unstable and squeaked with the slightest movement, making nights even more difficult. Wifi worked, but there was no TV in the room. Honestly, a very bad experience. Avoid this hotel.
