Very bad experience at Hôtel Alhamra. Extremely disappointing stay. There was no hot water, especially in the mornings, making it impossible to shower properly as the hot water wouldn't reach the room. We even changed rooms, thinking that was the problem, but it was exactly the same. Other guests were also complaining about the same issue. Throughout the entire stay, the room was only cleaned once, and the towels were only changed once, and only after we specifically requested it. The hotel is extremely noisy. There's no double glazing, so you can hear everything happening outside. It was impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, the bed was unstable and squeaked with the slightest movement, making nights even more difficult. Wifi worked, but there was no TV in the room. Honestly, a very bad experience. Avoid this hotel.

Everything was great, the staff were amazing! If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stay here.

It was the worse experiences of our lives. The room had a strange stinking smell. The sheets had dust in them when we opened. The basin hot water tap had no hot water. All in all a very bad experience

No cleaning at all The pillows and the duvet are load of sand and dust Very disappointing and the view what we saw of trip its not the same totally different we had to check out after one day

Nothing is good about this hotel besides the location. Low running water,sometimes no water at all ,bedsheet are dirty,the room smells badly. It’s by far my worst hotel experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They should change management because the location is great but the Hotel has a lot of things to work on.

There was no internet in the room as advertised, which is essential for organizing a trip. There wasn't even internet at the hotel reception. You could only connect outside, in front of the hotel, and it was very difficult. In the bathroom, the shower head couldn't be fixed to the wall; it was broken, and we had to shower holding it. The sheets were stained yellow, hair stained, the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. Noa was upgraded to one with a shower, but we didn't have internet access for a single day during our stay.
