Introduction Choosing the right hotel can make or break a trip, whether for business or leisure. Location The hotel is conveniently situated and within 20 mins of both Airport and the heart of the city where popular attractions, restaurants, are within walking distance. This prime location made sightseeing and commuting exceptionally easy and stress-free. Check-In and Reception The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, offering assistance with luggage and providing valuable information about the local area. The lobby was clean, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, creating a positive first impression. Reception had in advance arranged for a personal guided tour of the city which proved to be fantastic. The bed was comfortable with crisp linens, and the blackout shutters ensured a good night's sleep. Facilities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary fruit basket, homemade biscuits and if requested kettle for your tea and coffee, and a mini-fridge added convenience. The bathroom was modern, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries. Facilities and Amenities The hotel offered a range of amenities, including a roof top terrace chill area with refreshments on request, beautiful infinity level heated swimming pool, Spa and Hammam and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The hammam was well-equipped and maintained with quality treatments, while the pool area provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city and areas to sit and enjoy a drink or relaxed poolside lunch. Room service was prompt and efficient with delicious options for breakfast in a dedicated area. The on-site restaurant served an excellent varied Moroccan menu for dinner – (open to public too) and the sister restaurant of the highly acclaimed city restaurant of the same name as the hotel. Customer Service Staff members were consistently friendly and eager to help, from housekeeping to the concierge. Any requests, such as extra towels or local recommendations, were addressed promptly and with a smile. Their attention to detail and guest satisfaction was clearly a priority. Value for Money Considering the location, quality of service, and facilities, the hotel offered excellent value for money. Room rates were competitive compared to other hotels in the area, especially given the high standard of comfort and amenities provided.
