difficult to walk to hotel if you have big baggage and no elevator. no towel for me not sure normal? and hotel close after 1 am.

Honestly, such a good hotel for the price. Sharing a bathroom and shower can be a little annoying but easy to work around and the staff are extremely friendly. The service is amazing, the hotel is clean, and everyone was very respectful. The location honestly is amazing, a 1 minute walk to the Medina centre where all the magic happens. I 100% recommend this hotel for those on a budget and solo travellers who just want a good place to rest.

We had a great stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The owner was extremely kind. We had a really great time. The location is perfect for visiting Marrakech. Highly recommended!!!

I had a room on the ground floor, extremely noisy all night, impossible to sleep, it ruined my stay. I think it's better with rooms far from the reception. Towels are not provided, I have personally never seen that in a hotel, who wants to use space in their bag for a towel?. Only one electrical outlet (not next to the bed and up high) and I was cold all night (February). Finally, very bad wifi. Relatively clean and well located, friendly staff.
