Lovely place in the medina, easy access and not to far from parking area/taxi so easy to carry luggage. Lovely rooftop. Rooms are nice, all different and well kept.

Alibaba and all the staff there were more than helpful, I would wholeheartedly recommend this riad as we have encountered no problems at all

Very clean and the service is very good! Very close to the city and well worth it.

The price is affordable, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the service attitude is good. The facilities are a bit old, but at this price, the price/performance ratio is very high.

The room does not have any type of ventilation so you either turn on the air conditioning or get very hot. Breakfast is quite complete Very friendly staff But it seems really expensive for what it is.

Everything wonderful, the staff always attentive to any need, the spaces and the aromas that are perceived are more than fantastic, Ayout and Simo (what great characters)

During the 2-9th of May we stayed at the Riad Mboja Chez Ali Baba, a great location close to the centre of the old Marrakech. We had a fabulous stay at the Riad Mboja Chez Ali Baba, a small hotel converted from a two old houses into a small hotel, not losing the Moroccan character. It was very clean and quiet. Now the highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular Imane, a young lady, that guided and organized our excursions. “Superman” Saad Allah that seems to be working non-stop, he served our breakfast, when we came back from a trip or late night, he was always present greeting us with a smile and helping us with anything we wanted to know. Additionally, during the day an administrator, Abdul, he also was very helpful in particular with the WIFI that was a challenge when trying to watch the news. The team showed great hospitality. I wished that other hotel would provide such a splendid service to their guests. A big thank you to the team at Riad Mboja Chez Ali Baba.

We stayed for a week in Riad M'Bojo and really loved it. The Riad is very close to the centre, but in a quiet area and is very peaceful. The staff are very friendly, helpful, efficient and will organise trips, pick ups, etc. We also ate at the Riad and the food was excellent. Thanks to the whole Riad M'Bojo team for making our family holiday such a great success.

The Riad is located in the west part of the medina. It’s a quick walk (~10-15 min) to the main square “Jemaa el-Fnaa”. You can walk through the nice tiny streets and experience already a lot of typical maroccan culture. Simo welcomed us with tea and sweats in his Riad and while we we’re enjoying the typical mint tea he gave us all the information we need. He recommended us what we should visit and the must sees/dos in Marrakech. Also he organized us a nice 3 day trip in to the merzouga desert, booked our bus tickets to essaouira and took care of us with special tea and some medicine when we were sick. The breakfast was huge. The rooms were clean, beautiful decorated and comfortable. The whole stuff is awesome and lovely! In total is this the place to stay in Marrakesh.. you won’t find a better place elsewhere. We stayed 7 nights in M'Boja in May 2022. I just can't believe how incredibly helpful, friendly, and lovely the entire staff is. Hakeem (the owner), Simo, Ayub, and Aisha, you made our stay memorable and we will never forget you! Regarding the riad, it is inside the old city walls and just 10 minutes from the main square. The terrace on the top floor could not be more perfect. First, it is large and has two levels. You can see the main mosque and the Atlas mountains in the distance from the top level and there are comfortable couches and chairs under cover on the lower level. We spent a number of evenings up on the terrace enjoying the cool breezes at dusk and at night. The room is a quiet oasis, the bathroom is large, and the bed is very comfortable. You could have eggs if you wanted in the morning, along with 4 or 5 kinds of breads and jams, coffee, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice. They also have traditional tea, coffee, and pastries available day and night. There was always plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. I looked forward to coming "home" to the riad after walking the busy streets of Marrakech. And since it is inside the old city walls we walked back to take a break from the heat on several afternoons before venturing out again when it got cooler. But what puts the riad way over the top is the incredible service everyone provided. Our flight plans changed at the last minute and they were quick to help us figure out an alternative plan. Hakeem kept in touch through WhatsAp and this was reassuring since our plans changed while we were overseas. Simo helped with numerous day trips, advice, and even bought train tickets for us, and he had a great sense of humor. Ayub served breakfast and tea with a smile and went out of his way to be sure we were comfortable every morning and evening. Be sure to ask him to pour tea the traditional way! Aisha prepared breakfast, did laundry (including a difficult to clean white shirt that became the target of a seagull on one of the day excursions), and kept our room clean every day. The entire staff would simply do anything in their power to make your stay comfortable. I have travelled to over 40 countries and I can't remember being treated more kindly than by everyone at M'Boja. BTW, take their advice on things to do and places to eat. I'm glad we did because they were the best meals of our stay in Marrakech. Hakeem

Nice and clean riad. The best from the 5 different riads we visited in Morocco (3 of which in Marakesh). The host of the riad was very friendly and helpful and he gave us many useful information about what to see in Marakesh.

We had the most amazing stay at this magical Riad! I want to just mention how amazing our hosts Simo and Ayoub were and every staff member included! They were so helpful, so warm and welcoming which made our stay 10 times better! They were all very attentive and extremely helpful! They helped with getting around Marrakech and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and tours!! The Riad was always SUPER clean with fresh sheets and towels everyday. The location is a hidden little gem. I loved walking through the area and passing by all the markets. You’ll feel like one of the locals which was a fun experience!! Don’t miss out on this charming Riad it definitely was a 10/10 for us!!
