I’ve stayed at a few Kenzi hotels before, but unfortunately this one left me quite disappointed. Check-in was slow, which wasn’t great after a long, delayed flight. When I finally reached reception, I had to challenge the staff member who claimed my booking was for one person, even though my paperwork clearly stated it was for two. Next, when I asked to exchange money, I was given a rate around 10% lower than what was advertised on the board at the entrance. To make matters worse, the room allocated to us had no Wi-Fi or TV connection due to a poor signal. On a practical note, expect to pay around 50–80 dirhams for taxis to the Jemaa el-Fna or Gueliz areas. The hotel is, however, conveniently close to 555 and Stah bar for evening entertainment. On the positive side, the pool area is lovely with comfortable lounge beds, the room was clean (though a bit dated), and the food served by the pool was very nice.

We had a pleasant stay at the Kenzi, with a warm welcome. Everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it. And thank you to the whole team, especially Asma, the very pleasant hostess.

Exceptional, warm, professional, efficient, Team with heart ❤️ on hand. The hotel represents in every way the hospitality of the Moroccans of Marrakech!!
