Pestana CR7 Marrakech

I booked a 4-day suite with a view of the market and restaurants. The hotel is ideally located right in the middle of a bustling market filled with shops, international brands, cafés, and restaurants. The suite was spacious and lovely, and the view was good. However, if you go to sleep early, there can be some noise. The AC was cold, but unfortunately, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom, and the lobby is small. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, despite a lack of variety. Overall, the stay here was quite good, and the staff were very friendly—shoutout to all of them. Here are some various photos.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. The complimentary valet service is a significant luxury. The staff are discreet, attentive, and very kind. I recommend this hotel.

We always stay at this superb hotel with fast and efficient staff. We love the location right on M Avenue.

I loved the atmosphere, location, customer service, and valet parking.

Mixed stay at Pestana CR7 Marrakech (Room 142) The hotel boasts an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood, and the property itself is generally very beautiful with tasteful decor in the common areas and hallways. Unfortunately, my room experience was not up to par: * **Cleanliness issues**: Upon arrival, the bathroom wasn't spotless; I found hair around the sink. * **Security/lock problem**: The entrance door to room 142 didn't close properly. I had to force it to lock and needed staff assistance several times to get it secured, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. The setting is pleasant, but these technical and hygiene inconveniences spoiled the overall experience. Better monitoring of room maintenance is needed.
