Riad Villa El Arsa

Myself and my partner stayed at Villa El Arsa for a 6 night trip last week. The Villa is beautiful and only about 3 minutes walk from from Jemaa El-Fnaa square. We had the Bahia room which is a large room with a comfy bed and a good sized bathroom. I was delighted that there was a hairdryer! The staff are helpful and friendly and recommend things to do and places to visit. The breakfasts were delicious: coffee (or tea if you prefer), fruit, breads, yogurts and eggs. There is a plunge pool and a lovely rooftop terrace with 2 levels so you can either lie on a sunbed or sit at a table. I would definitely recommend Villa El Arsa to anyone wanting to book a riad!

A calm retreat from the chaos of the Medina. The small pool offered cool relief after hot days. Huge breakfast tray every day, served on the rooftop terrace. Staff are lovely and helpful. I really appreciated that they offered coffee or tea, no matter the time, to any guests in the courtyard. Transfer service (from hotels and transportation hubs) is available and worth it. If I am ever back in Marrakech, I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this Riad on the edge of the tourist district of Marrakesh. Rustic and characteristic of the city and country we had a great stay, enjoying the hospitality of the hosts Akram and Omar, plus the lovely lady who prepared breakfast. The place has a great warmth to it and the hot tub was excellent.

Just back a few hours ago from a wonderful stay at the Riad. Our room was tight but it had everything we needed. The water was always warm and the bed comfortable. The highlight was the welcome and the care taken by Simo and his team. After long walks in the old city we were greeted with mint tea and nibbles. Breakfast was excellent, it varied every day but was always of a high standard. Breads, jams, sweet treats, eggs, pancakes, crepes, sausages, tea or coffee, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice. Simo organised visits, recommended restaurants etc etc. We love it.

Adorable little place with top notch service. The Riad itself is adorable. Room is clean + cleaned up every day. Nice chilly pool to cool down in the hottest hours. Breakfast is home made food, with a lot of variety. The staff is personable, kind, and extremely helpful re: advise on what to do / visit and what NOT to do. Truly a hidden gem.

The riad was OK standard. Stayed for a week. There is no isolation, so you will hear every sound of your neighbour. The room had an element for cold nights which was good. I noticed some silverfish on the wall during the night - not so fresh. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Microwaved bread. I paid 165 Dirham for me and my friend for airport shuttle. When we were travelling back, they charged us additional 55 dirham because of my friend (extra passenger). Which is a joke. I feel like all they want to do in this city is to milk you of all your money. Ibrahim was the best!

Fantastic stay! 10/10. Would definitely stay again We had an incredible experience during our two-night stay at Villa El Arsa. Our arrival was smooth, with the hotel manager personally picking us up from the airport at 1 am. The entire process was efficiently coordinated, allowing us to settle in quickly. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which was nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed homemade eggs, yogurt, and marmalade that left a lasting impression on us. The attention to detail and quality of the food were exceptional. Furthermore, the villa's strategic location near the main square and in the heart of the souq added immense value to our stay. Being in such a vibrant and central area of Marrakesh made our exploration of the city incredibly convenient. All in all, our time at Villa El Arsa was delightful, and we continue to reminisce about the wonderful memories we made there. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in the enchanting city of Marrakesh.
