The room was a bit cramped havng a single bed as well as the main bed. Privacy was poor with only a curtain. Hot water was reliable though for a change. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good. We visited the souks with a guide in the evening, enduring some very assertive sellers, including one who started a carpet at 1600 Euro, dropped immediately to 1400, put on a superb presentation of different styles of carpes, but nothing that my partner was interested in (she was actually keen to buy a carpet there!). Pressure followed, with the price falling to 500 Euros and probably further if she had shown interest. Nothing to do with the hotel, but of interest. Next day we visited the Badi Palace amazing - and the Koutoubia Mosque before getting ready for our return to the airport. NB you cannot change dirhams once you have gone through security!!
