"We stayed one night in the Bungalow, which was clean and tidy, but there was a huge problem. The shower barely had any water. The staff said that when the hotel is full, the pressure is low. Apparently, the problem is known, but winning four hotels isn't enough to fix it because they still fill the rooms, even with poor service. At the end, between hot jets alternating with freezing ones and a lack of flow, I almost burned myself, unable to wash."

"Located within the walled town of Marsala this 70s styled hotel is opposite the cathedral and a short walk from restaurants and bars. Marsala is a small town and easily walkable within the town walls. The selection of bars and restaurants was not vast but there was enough of a selection. As it's not possible to drive to the front of the hotel they provided transport for our bags to be taken from the car park to the hotel. The rooms are ensuite, clean and comfortable."

The resort is perfectly located right by the water, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Just a short stroll away, you’ll find several charming bars and inviting restaurants, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal after a day on the water. The atmosphere at Resort Santa Maria is vibrant yet laid-back, the staff are warm and friendly, and everything about our stay made us feel truly at home. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to return!"

Only after the second attempt, we get the room we reserved. How can a more expensive room without a balcony (with the same contents) be more expensive than a room with a balcony? Everything in the toilet is rusted, the dirt from the shower has fallen apart. Staff very gloomy!"
