Great staff, I wish ro thank Donya, who helped me alot upon check in with smile and arranged an early check in. She is soft speaking english, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean but very small amd simple with no facilities like safe, table, tea coffe maker. Breakfast was very good, based on 3 star french hotels standards, with cold and hot options, fresh orange juice and variety of pastries. Location is good only for those who want to attend a event in parc chanot

You have to pay extra for parking, and it's hard to find any difference around it.

It’s a good value if you are ok with staying away from the city in the Prado neighborhood of Marseilles which has a more loc feel. Rooms feel bit cramped but it’s ok for a few nights stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was quiet so I slept well. For the price it was very good, not fancy but that’s what I expected. The location was well connected for bus and metro, although I walked everywhere. The staff were kind and helpful.
