The hotel is very well located, especially for the Vélodrome stadium. It's very clean, and the check-in service was great on the day we arrived. The young men working there were really kind. We enjoyed our stay at the Vélodrome with our two daughters. However, on April 27th, we encountered a woman at the reception who handled the hotel payment poorly, causing us to be charged twice. Even though I clearly explained that I had already paid, I was unfortunately debited a second time. I had to call back to request a refund. After that, everything went smoothly, and we received our refund two days later. 🤩

Renovated room, well-appointed. Spacious enough for two people. Friendly welcome. Comfortable bedding. We had to insist to get bathrobes. Soft and insufficient pillows. The next day, our room was cleaned at 4:30 p.m. We had to wait at reception while it was cleaned. Water is not available; you have to get it from the fountain. Paid parking and a very narrow path to access it; a slightly wide vehicle will have a lot of difficulty. Disappointing breakfast: few choices and average quality.

The hotel is very clean and the location is easy to find. It's a very good stay experience. The attitude of the front desk is very good. Almost every request is met. Hot tea is provided every time you go upstairs. The security is also very good.

我住了兩次，預訂時選擇的是可以取消的，但第一次入住後就完全打消了顧慮，再次返回馬賽堅定地繼續選擇住這裏。當中我在老港附近的其他酒店住過，我還是喜歡這個區域。第二次來入住那天碰到附近的足球場有比賽，一路上看到很多球迷，令人感到馬賽是座很有激情的城市

治安が心配でしたが特に何もありませんでした。ビューポートまでは徒歩15分程度です。朝5時頃から隣で工事をしていてうるさかったのが残念です…(このホテルのせいではありませんが)
