The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina. The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products

The location is good, the balcony can see the sea. The style of the hotel is quite chic, the facilities are relatively complete, and a lot of snacks and drinks are prepared for the guests. For the price, the room area is relatively cramped; the cleanliness is acceptable, some corners will look old; many rooms have been rented out to individuals for a long time, and the homeowners often play loud music in them, and they will put them away after eating Plates and knives and forks are placed directly at the door of the room. Seeing these dirty tableware makes me feel uncomfortable, which is usually not done in China; there are few restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and they are far away.

A splendid place at the water's edge which exudes serenity..a very good stay, the obligatory parking is a little expensive

Fantastic! Very helpful smiling and professional staff especially reception. Hotel completely very new modern and clean. In a pic full place, the music from the city didn’t reach us and we had great sleep. Also great food with the good prices and at hotel on the bar down we could always order most fresh and REALLY delicious Oysters. With makes me most happy. Spa is extra but very clean and relaxing. We stayed so happy by choosing this hotel. You pay a little bit higher but not for waste. Thank you, staff, for being such professionals and keeping this place in such perfect way. We also had Coffee machine in the room.

Excellent place to come for a short break. Facilities are lovely with modern French style and breathtaking views The highlight of our stay was the couples massage expertly done by Anáis and Caroline. It was the best ever. Definitely going back. All the staff we encountered were attentive cheery and professional. Great breakfast too. Happy days 😊

We stayed at NHow Marseille in connection with a Bruce Springsteen concert that was unfortunately cancelled just before the gates opened. My daughter was going to stay at the hotel with our dog while my husband and I, and our son, went to the concert (she likes Springsteen but thought it would be too embarrassing to go with us!). So, in any event, I tried to pick a nice hotel by the sea for her to enjoy while we were off at the concert. The plan kind of failed when the concert was cancelled, but the NHow Marseille was a very good choice in any event. First of all, I should mention that the hotel was very helpful in finding and returning an IPad that my husband left in our room, with no charge to us. More relevant for most folks, the location of the hotel is super, right in front of the water. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant, overlooking the pool and harbor, and room service for breakfast, and both were very good. We reserved a seafront room with balcony, and it was very nice, well-designed with a beautiful view. The hotel layout was a little confusing - it's a big place set up to deal with conference groups - but no problem once we figured it out. Parking was convenient and not too pricey. In one direction, we could take a beautiful walk along the seafront, and in the other, we could walk towards a nearby shopping/dining area. We had dinner at a Lebanese restaurant that was excellent. The concert has now been rescheduled for next May, and we are planning to stay at NHow again.

The hotel offers amazing views nice terrace and pool excellent location the only negative point was the bar. Closed at 11:30 pm on a Friday night ?? While it was mentioned it opened until 1 am. Clearly understaffed there even though the employees were doing their best.

Fantastic spot with amazing sea views and cool, modern rooms. The service is top notch, and the vibe is super chill. Perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway. Many thanks to all the staff - great work! You'll love the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I found staff really helpful. They changed my room for me so I could get a terrace and sea view and I really appreciated this. The hotel has an airy light Califonia feel and is well situated up the Corniche. The hotel can be reached very easily by a bus (no 83) from the port of Marseille and runs up and down so frequently, you'll never be waiting long and there is a stop right infront of the hotel. It's a very easy journey, and very beautiful too along the coastline, and I'd say it took about 10 -12 minutes. In fact, I left someting in my safe and had to contact the hotel and go straight back on the bus from Marseille centre and it was not too much stress, again staff very helpful. The bay it's in is lovely and its really charming walking along the coast of the Corniche. The hotel benefits from being close enough to the centre of Marseille with regular transport and just enough away from the bustle of the port for a more tranquil experience and to enjoy the stunning coastline and the surrounding bays and beaches. The bus route and the hotel itself provides great views of Chateau d’If. Peacful at night, I enjoyed sitting on my terrace with a drink watching the view well into the night. I was travelling alone and I never felt unsafe at all in Marseille, in fact, I'd love to go back.

I really had a great time at the nhow spa! The view to the bay of Marseille is breathtaking, the hotel and spa design very modern, the spa equipment plentiful, the staff very professional and friendly. And cherry on the cake, Emma performed one of the best massages I have ever had! I strongly recommend…

Really nice place to stay. Nice location. Nice place. great food. Somehow away from city center, but with bus line, you can enjoy the atmosphere of Marseille without annoying noise from center. Nothing to do around, except JFK promenade.

A great boutique hotel in Marseille, amazing view of the sea, and great service by all the team. The hotel is nicely decorated, colourful and artistic, and has a nice spa and outdoor pool. Also has it's own acces off la Corniche, and it's parking which is practical. We initially planned to stay one night, but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. A special mention to Guest Services Manager, Benjamim, who did everything he could to make our stay special.

We had 4 lovely nights in this funky hotel ! Food was nice, room cool - 281 air con didn’t work properly - not an issue this time of year but could be in the summer! We had some massages which were would very good but bit of noise outside the room. Bar staff at top bar a little unfriendly but all other staff were great ! There’s a nice bakery 15 minute walk away if you didn’t fancy breakfast at hotel.
